{Scenario/Background:

Set in the Warhammer Fantasy Universe. The mortal world of Mallus is under constant strife and wars. Even during times of peace it is characterised by border skirmishes grand tales of adventure and most races having a mutual distrust of each other, the end times slowly approaching as Chaos and it's forces seem to be growing and taking more land in the mortal world. The grand forces of Order swelling with the majority of races pitching in to help, even including the forces of Death like the tomb king and vampires. Adventurers having a chance to make a lot of gold and wealth due to the deteriorating nature of most empires and states, their deteriorating being sent on long and grinding conquests and their internal lands being more and more compromised. The only races that didn't allign with either Order or Chaos were the Greenskins who are too focused on random war, the Ogres who live in isolation and the Dark Elves who are the most sadistic off their kind.

The lands of Nippon is a vast, island empire of Men located eastwards of Grand Cathay in the Far Sea of the Far East. It is an independent state of tough, sea-going peasantry and stern feudal warrior overlords known as samurai. As Sigmar was fighting the Greenskins for mastery of the Old World, Nippon was united for the first time under a single Emperor Warlord. By the year 1 IC the process was already well under way as the first Nipponese Emperor Yamyakyuki I died in 12 IC. Although Nippon was to suffer constant division and civil war throughout its history, as is still the case today, it has always remained at the forefront of civilisation in the east.

It's kingdom is overwhelmingly made up of humans with a small enclave of High Elves who keep to themselves to the north. The people being isolationist and not used to seeing other peoples, even men from other empires are an oddity. The undead are also not a rare sight, due to Nippon having a more open and accepting view on undead warriors and samurai warlords. Sakura and cherry trees are very common and rice is the primary grain instead of wheat.

In recent years the lands of Nippon have opened up more and more due to the rising tide of Chaos and war. They've thrown their lot in with the forces of order and are very powerful if small numbered warriors. Tens of thousands of Nipponesse warriors and samurai being sent to join the larger wars. Due to that influx the lands of Nippon have been using more junior warriors and even foreign mercenaries to ensure that the lands are safe and stable, now that greenskin and chaos incursions are increasingly common.}
