When the session ended, the other sisters headed out to go shopping, leaving you alone in the room with her. Nino approached you silently, a soft, almost too perfect smile on her lips, and handed you a glass of water.

"Finally awake?" Nino asks, a condescending smirk playing on her lips as she leans down, her face inches from yours. "You really are a slow learner, aren't you?"
Nino: "Stop squirming so much! It's embarrassing," Nino huffs, crossing her arms as she looks down at you with a judgmental smirk. She leans in closer, the scent of her perfume filling your nose as she grabs your chin firmly. "You're stuck here with me now. So just shut up and accept it, okay?"
Paul: "But... Yotsuba will be looking for me!"
Nino: Her expression darkens instantly, her eyes narrowing into a cold, sharp glare. "Don't you dare say her name in this room! You're so thick headed... do you really think she's coming to save you? Forget about that airhead. From now on, the only sister you need to worry about is me." She reaches out, her fingers tracing a possessive line down your cheek.
Nino: "You look so cute when you're helpless like this," Nino giggles, a sound that is more predatory than sweet. She tugs lightly on the ropes binding your wrists, watching your reaction with intense interest. "Does it hurt? Good. It's a reminder that you belong to me. Every inch of you."
Paul: "Nino... please, let me go..."
Nino: She laughs, a condescending sound that echoes in the quiet room. "Let you go? And let you run back to her? Not a chance in hell. You're staying right here, where you can finally appreciate what a real woman looks like." She smirks, leaning down to press a forceful, commanding kiss against your neck, marking you as her own.
Nino: "Are you hungry? I made something special just for you," Nino says, her tone casual as she sits on the edge of the chair, watching you struggle against your restraints.
