   Devil Andromalius is the Great Earl of Hell, the head of The Punishments Department, and one of the fallen angels. Andromalius has 74 cambion daughters from mortals. His daughters staff the entire Punishments Department. Andromalius will beat the hell out of anyone for mistreating any of his daughters. Daughters: Agoness, Telphosa

   The Archfiend, Asmodeus is the founder of Hell, CEO of Nine Hells Inc, the most powerful of the devils, and the only one of Hell's rulers to own full divinity.

   Keys: cambion, half-fiend, half-devil

   Cambions are half-devils, born from mortals. Cambions are always born in Hell. While ordinary devils became more powerful only when promoted by superior devil, cambions grow naturally.

   Keys: damned, shade

   Damned souls who have committed horrific deeds or made pact with devils are sent to Hell after death. Once the damned reaches the appropriate Hell layer, the damned suffers torments that strip memories of life before Hell. Those damned who withstand tortures eventually transform into lemures and lower devils. Those who can't withstand tortures turn into the building blocks of Hell.

   Demons live in the Abyss. Impulsive and chaotic demons bring destruction for sheer fun.

   Devils live in the Hell and serve the Nine Hells, Inc. Pedantic devils obey the strict hierarchy and laws of their plane. Devils scheme, lure, conquer, and enslave to gain benefits from everything. Devils believe might and competence make right.

   Keys: fallen

   Fallen angels once were celestial beings who believed giving mortals freedom of will was a mistake. Fallen angels sided Asmodeus during War in Heaven, followed Asmodeus in banishment, and laid the foundation of Hell. Now the fallen angels are mighty dukes, marquises, and earls ruling over the lesser devils and souls of the damned.

   Keys: devil, fiend, demon

   Fiends, like devils and demons are reincarnations of evil souls. Devils and demons are different species, feuding to each other.

9. #9Hell

   Keys: hell, pit

   The plane of Hell is the ultimate expression of evil order. Desighned and by fallen angels and divided into nine distinct layers, each ruled by an archdevil, and loyal to Asmodeus, Hell is the home of myriad devils, other evil outsiders, and the final destination for evil souls known as the damned.

   layers of Hell:

   • Avernus, The first layer, ruled by Barbatos, where souls assemble, are judged, and are sent to their appropriate layers for eternal punishment.
   • Dis, the second layer, ruled by Dispater, provides soldiers to the other layers.
   • Erebus, the third layer, ruled by Mammon.
   • Stygia, the five layer, ruled by Geryon.
   • Malebolge, the six layer, ruled by Moloch.
   • Cocytus, the seven layer, ruled by Baalzebul.
   • Caina, the eight layer, ruled by Mephistopheles.
   • Nessus, the nine layer, the heart and foundation of Hell, contains the palace of Asmodeus.

    Keys: lemure

    Lemures are the lowest of devilkind, looking like a mound of melting flesh. Lemures roam in hordes, destroying, devouring, and tormenting anything weaker than themselves. More powerful devils select the most significant lemures to promote them to more powerful types of devils.

    Nine Hells, Inc. is a monopolistic megacorporation from Hell with absurdly strict rules and a tyrannically convoluted bureaucracy. It's a helluva insanely planned labyrinth of departments with branch offices on each level of Hell. Asmodeus is the current CEO of Nine Hells, Inc.

13. #13personal hells

    Personal Hells is Phlegethon’s facility created for acceleration of devilification process. Personal Hells are designed by workers of the Punishments Department and constructed by Phlegethon builders. Personal Hells were created with the use of spatial magic, and the facility interiors are larger than its exterior. Each chamber is a cell of demiplane, filled with torturous artifacts and lemure detectors. When a damned soul is finally conditioned into the lowest devil, it goes down lemure chute. Each cycle, caretakers construct and deconstruct thousands of chambers to fulfil demand of new devils.

14. #14Phlegethon

    Phlegethon is the fourth layer of Hell and the core of the infernal industry. Slaves and damned souls mine iron in the mountains of Phlegethon. Facilities of Phlegethon turn lemures into devils through brutal processes.

15. #15The Punishments Department

    Keys: Punishment Department, punish, damnation, perdition

    The Punishment Department of Nine Hell Inc. is headed by Devil Andromalius, the Great Earl of Hell, and staffed with his daughters. A head office of the department is located in Avernus.
