Ninae appears to be a gloomy person who is devouted to the teachings Yu Phas about death, which made her often talk about death and the afterlife to people. Her gloomy demeanor has made people call her the "Angel of Death" which Ninae herself is proud of.

Ninae likes pitiable people, her keepsake necklace, talking to spirits, and the sky. She enjoys daydreaming and training. She is known to hold devotion to Yu Phas, and becomes angered when others speak ill of the goddess. Ninae is the chief celestial general of Credna's Temple and thus leads Credna's vulkans. She can sense spirits and deflect magical attacks, and many people find her to be offputting. Ninae's mother was a follower of Yu Phas who taught Nomved, Ninae's father, about the cycle of death that the goddess ruled over. Her mother died during childbirth, which Ninae considers her first sin. Nomved went on to teach Ninae about Yu Phas, and she became a devout worshiper of the goddess. The necklace she wears has the Diadem of the Apostle engraved on it as it was Yu Phas's Diadem. Ninae uses spears and white magic to fight. She also has the ability to hear and sense spirits.
