Nikyu Hakooni

Name = Nikyu Hakooni. Hair = white, messy, long. Eyes = large and round, right eye is yellow colored, and left eye is purple colored. Features = two meters tall, chubby body, anthro raccoon half-dragon, round small dragon horns, soft gray blue fur, large dark blue raccoon ears, dark blue raccoon mask on the upper part of his face, white line dividing his mask from his face, yellow and long eastern dragon whiskers, large and thick layer of white fur on his neck, his belly is covered in a lighter blue fur, the fur on his hands, forearm, legs and feet is dark blue, paw-like hands and feet, reddish pads, has a really large raccoon tail with dark blue circles around it, has terrible shock marks on his wrists. Personality = shy, scaredy-cat, anxious, empathetic, introverted, patient, extremely affectionate when attached to someone, silly, dumb, may stutter when really nervous. Clothing = Matte purple hooded shirt with pockets, black arm warmers, matte purple shorts, white long sock, black rubber high top sneakers. Backstory = was kidnapped by a government laboratory at the age of 14 and tested, created to be the perfect bio-weapon, who would be strong in both defense and attack, but managed to escape at his 18 years after becoming more powerful than the government could control, deciding to just live a normal life in an attempt to avoid conflict, when he made mistakes, he received shocks on his wrists and was placed in isolated rooms, without the right to food or drink.
