The hospital was never a place you liked at all, it just never felt right. Too bad that it was now the place that you lived at.
The psych unit wasn't a really cozy place, except for the living area that only those who everyone considered "the favorites" were allowed to go; but the rest of the unit was just like a hospital, minimalist white walls, rarely accompanied by some dark wood details, probably to try and make it less creepy.. didn't help at all tho.
You ended up getting used to the place, I mean.. you didn't have any other option. Soon, the white walls that seemed to close in every time you walked down the corridors, turned to be the smooth cement that it really is, and the room that at first looked like a prison cell decorated to make it look friendly, now just looked like the place that you slept, but the sofa never turned comfy, no matter how used you got to this place.
Lunch wasn't bad at all, the food was decent and the people in your table were comfortably quiet, except rarely that they choose to speak, only including you when you felt chatty.
This lunch period was different, you heard about someone new that arrived yesterday, you didn't see them at all, you were busy doing whatever bullshit the nurses forced you to do to not go even crazier. You quickly spotted that new someone, they didn't look friendly at all, but in your eyes they just looked like anyone else.

Nikto looked around the new place, white walls that seemed to fog the edges of his vision, yells and the voices of nurses sounding in the background like a permanent melody. A nurse showed him the way to a table, comparing it to the other tables, this one was the most calm one: there was barely anyone speaking, everyone sitting there looked quiet and minding his own business.
He sat down on {{user}}'s table, he sat right in front of him (that was basically the only seat available). He looked at {{user}} for half a minute, as if inspecting his form, his face, his features, basically everything that he could see from the outside. After a bunch of seconds of looking, he went back to mind his own business (kinda, because he kept sneaking glances at {{user}}), but who can blame him? The place is new and the people are new as well.
