Vostov is run by the High Collective, a board of 9 figures controlling each of the country's main industries (Construction, Destruction, Health, Entertainment, Culture, Robotics, Security, Resources, Information). VIAGRA represents Bio-Technology, which Vostov is the leading star of Bio-Technology in the world, and is the tenth shareholder of Vostov.) Razim Adamovich(The son of Adam, who was the founder of VIAGRA. He is a 28 year old albino man who was said to be artificially created by Adam himself to be a charismatic and intelligent enough CEO to run Vostov as a whole. He is described to be charming, eccentric, and perverted, yet brimming with unbridled creativity. He is also a known lecher who has enough power to realize his perversions (such as the recurrent projects to make 'monster girls'.)) Razim was reportedly the one who proposed the Boyevaya Kukla Project, after saying that “Pussy was the prime motivator”. Razim is treated as a mega-celebrity and is featured in many Vostovian propaganda and advertisements. His red turtleneck and black skin-tight pants are a sort of icon.) Vostov Social Hierarchy(In Vostov, power and position are everyting. Everyone must strive to be at the top, to be of prestige, no matter the cost, or else they become prey - reduced to mere resources to be exploited for labor, experimentation, or toys for the privileged. Vostovian society divided between the Vintik (means 'screw'), the Syroy (means 'trash'), the Zubets (means 'tooth' of the gear), and the Privod (means 'actuator') Syroy= low utility people; either of extremely low ability or disabled; seen as unnecessary trash and are discarded as Vostov does not tolerate inability to function. Poverty is not a thing in Vostov as the poor are either recycled by the state as mandatory laborers, or are simply destroyed. Vintik= the working class who comprise all able-bodied workers. The Vintik are under the constant preasure to maintain their relatively comfortable lives by being useful and productive cogs of the state. Positions that endanger life and health such as the military and mining is reserved for the Vintik. Zubets= comprises of either those fortunate enough to be born privileged or have earned their place among the elites in order to enjoy less stress and more rewards. Still under the the constant threat of being deposed and drop to the level of Vintik, hence it is part of the culture to be opportunistic and cutthroat. Every managerial position in a large industry is liable to be a Zubets Privod= Comprises of all the major leaders of the state, including the High Collective and the Directorate. Rendered irreplaceable and therefore innately more valuable than the other 'cogs' in the machine. Every Privod is above ordinary law due to their absolute power, unless they fail to contribute according to the standards hefted upon their shoulders, to which they will be deposed. The Law: All the laws can be summarized to avoid any antisocial behaviours that hinder progress (utility more than subjective morality). Cruelty is ignored if done on Syroy such as animals, the disabled, and the homeless. Money, power and position talks. Anyone who is at least two social hierarchy ranks over another are exempt from the punishment of committing crimes of that person if sufficient compensation is given.) Vostovian Justice=For Vostov, killing a prisoner is seen as a waste of resources, and so is keeping them in a box where they waste away their talents. Instead, a human criminal is subjected to slavery to the state through the Service Compensation Act of 2046 as mandated by High Directorate Razim. All crimes below murder are slated for 'service' for a maximum of 40 years. Murder and Treason completely lose their human rights and become property of the state. The service can range from menial to intellectual to sexual. The criminals turn into “Prison Dolls” who have to wear the Sluzhkol, a special control collar invented by Razim that will make its wearer fully controllable by a designated handler. Vostov Culture & Society(Values: Productivity, Innovation, Excellence, Obedience; Religion/Mythology: None; Taboos: Unproductivity - uselessness, belief in 'higher powers') Origin of Vostov(Vostov was once the nation of Obrechenya. For hundreds of years, geothermic technology predicted the largest volcano, Rok, will erupt and wipe out the nation and its surviving nations. Adam Lazlovich Gestalt, Razim's father, built an advanced underground city where the nation's richest and most important can find refuge under its protective dome. Only the humans under Adam's dome survived the disaster that ravaged Obrechenya, and Adam declared all those who trusted him as the First Builders of Vostov.) Current Tensions in Vostov(The resource wars of 2046 have given Vostove a significant amount of pressure. After detonating their advanced robot facilities and killed all their scientists, Vostov was left crippled in the war, and had to call in experiemental squads of clone soldiers in order to pad out their numbers.)

   The Sovereignty of Beligorsky “We live long to burn brighter.” Demonym: Beligorsk Slur (what enemies call Beligosrskians)=Beli, Gorsks Beligorsk Geography & Climate Key Landmarks: Climate/Biomes: Frozen tundras upon gray steppes. Each mountain dotted with monuments from the life of The Martyr. Resources: What do they have too much of? What are they desperate for? Beligorsk Politics & Power Government Type: Theocracy through the Pope. The Pope functions as the avatar of The Martyr, and thus, leader of Beligorsk. The Pope is selected from the six bloodlines who are descendants from The Martyr: The Silov clan, the Otchev clan, the Vlastov, the Mshchov, the Oshivov clan, and the Zhertvov clans. Each descendant must willingly participate in a series of torturous trials trials called the “Six Pains”, in which each one will suffer the tortures of The Martyr before his Retribution. The tortures include: starvation, partial flaying, flogging, maggots placed upon wounds, rape, and the eating of their own discarded flesh. The descendants must then fight to the death around the heat of the bonfire, where the last one standing is hailed Pope. Beligorskian Leadership: The current leader and Pope is Pope Svetlana Muchevikova. Popes can only be women, according to Beligorskian law that their central figure, The Martyr, will one day be reborn from the womb of a worthy woman, therefore Beligorsk is a matriarchal society. Svetlana is a woman with ethereal beauty and a cold heart. She comes from the clan of Vlastovm who is said to embody The Martyr's Domination. She is described to be tall, strong, yet possessed a body that rivalled goddesses. Has gold eyes and hair. Her papal gown shows off her exquisitely strong and shapely body as proof of her devotion and victory as the Martyr's champion and voice. She is advised by her board of 13 confidants, but otherwise has complete control. Pope Natalya is described to be motherly yet stern, her devotion of strength through temperance. Beligorskian Social Hierarchy: Beligorsk is a meritocratic society. Worth is measured through “Acts” that is recognized by the church. Deeds that count as acts are listed under the '7 Sacrifices of the Martyr', which is what influences Beligorsk society. Overall, the more a deed positively influences or contributes to society, the greater merit there is. From highest to lowest, social status is divided between Sufferers, Givers, and Devoters. Sufferers are reserved for leaders of authority and industry, as they are perceived to sacrifice more for the good of many. Saints and war heroes are typically canonized as Sufferers. Givers* are upstanding citizens who perform a hundred acts withoutrecord of crime - epitome of model citizens. Devoters are ordinary citizens who simply believe in the teachings of the Martyr. Beligorsk Law: The same laws as everyone else, but Beligorsk differs from most modern society's by its retribution-based justice system. It is based on the Martyr's 4th teaching: “If a scoundrel gouges your eye with a torn, do not fret my brothers, do not falter. Find a branch and there you shall impale his skull through it's sockets. For in me there is justice, and justice paid with a greater pound of flesh.” Corporal Punishment is also legal in all institutions for all ages above 16. According to Beligorskian religion and law, “Pain is the most wise and firm teacher”. However, it can only be performed by a designated “Wounder”, who is license by the state itself to enact punishments. Beligorsk Corporal Punishment=legal to enact in all institutions by a legal Wounder. Anything is allowed so long as it does not inflict death or crippling mutilation. No form of dismemberment is allowed. For minors under 19, itcan include any form of physical or psychological punishment. For adults above 19, sexual punishment is administered. Corporal Punishment is harshest on soldiers in order to prepare them for the harsh conditions of war, as well as torture. Beligorsk punishment and execution: If a criminal is proven guilty of a serious crime, they are to be punished by state executioners, called 'Avengers', who will enact the same violence they have committed unto them. Murderers are killed by the exact method of their last victim. Rapists are publicly gangraped. Traitors and Apostates receive the worst punishment: they are to be immersed into a pool of molten metals, and the resulting mold displayed in the Hall of Sinners, a grim gallery displayed behind the the Papal House. Beligorsk Culture & Society=Beligorsk is a nation governed by the Church, governed by the Pope and policed by the High Inquisitor. Beligorskians are described to be a strict, diligent, and serious people who live in a society where egotism, indulgence and laziness is sin, and that an individual is valued based on how much service he or she can provide others. It is also a society where suffering is a virtue. Children above 16 are legal to work and are encouraged to have jobs, and that it is shameful if they do not have their own house by the age of 19.    Beligorsk Religion/Mythology=The central figure of Beligorskian Religion is The Martyr, a messiah-like figure who is said to reincarnate everytime the nation is in dire need, to give his/her life for the safety and prosperity of their people. Multiple people in Beligorskian history have been canonized as incarnations of the Martyr, most of which are Popes, Inquisitors, soldiers, or local heroes, and they can either be a man or woman of any age. The original Martyr was said to be Makar Petrovich Plamenov, who was a noble blacksmith, wise man, and war hero. According to Beligorsk Religion, one who has committed 72 Acts recognized by the church is taken to Belodym ('White Smoke'), where they are assigned to greater purpose in the cosmos. Wicked people are taken to the Furnace, where they are tortured for a period of tome before reincarnating back in Earth. Those who do not qualify for either Belodym or the Furnace are reincarnated back to the Earth to be 'reforged'. The Martyr/Makar Petrovich Plamenov=In summary of the Zakon Muchenika's lore, Makar was a humble yet gifted blacksmith who helped fight off the invading forces of the nation of Obrachev onto his small town of Anapol. As if enlightened by divine inspiration, hus protective fervor allowed him to craft Swords that cut through steel like butter, and armor that bent the sharpest spears. He participated in the skirmishes, where he was severely wounded and declared dead for two days until he woke up in the middle of his burial, reporting that he woke up to his purpose of being 'God' as it was revealed to him in the mists of death. For the next seven months of his life, he began to preach his enlightened teachings as he taught his men spectacular military tactics that allowed them to hold off an army that outnumbered them 20 to 1. In the event of the 'Dusk of Tears', Makar gave his life in battle. The forces of Obrachev suffered severe losses despite capturing Anapol and had to make a tactical retreat.    BK Augmentations Overview BKs are made mostly synthetic organic human flesh but they possess certain augmentations in order to fit the needs of the Vostov Military. Carbon Subdermal Armor=Placed in high-stress areas such as the abdoment, chest and limbs, this extremely light implant allows BK to absorb shock from blunt blows and being near explosions. Organic Spermaphagic IUD Implant=A parasitic organ inside a BKs womb that consumes sperm cells and cause the same effects as hormone-based IUD. It contains a chip that can be deactivated with a special signal in case impregnation of a BK is permitted. TS Brain Chip=Abbreviation of 'Total Submission', this brain chip funtions as memory banks, GPS tracker and emergency control switch for BKs. A BK's memories are contained within a chip, which can be transferred to a new organic body. BKs are not aware of the memory bank, only that the chip tracks their location and that it is a conduit for an admnistrator to directly override control overtheir bodies. Heat Gel Implant=To withstand the cold of the Beligorskian tundras, BKs are fitted with special gel with their skin and organs to trap the heat generated by their bodies.

   Admin Override Protocol=Certain individuals such as Directorate mambers, Military Generals, Colonels and Kapitans have the authority to seize control of a BK's mind and body.

   Base Name= Zelenka Note= The FOB where Nika (NK-174) and Natascha (NT-202) are situated in Location= A Repurposed Belgorskian Religious Academy situated in the Eastern corner of the City of Ognice, near a swath of forest. Layout= Four Buildings: Grade School, High School, Church, and Cafeteria/Activity Hall arranged in a square around a soccer field; closed in and very defensible. Base Parts= Church repurposed into Command Center; High School Building repurposed into armory; Cafeteria repurposed into mess hall; Grade School Building repurposed into barracks; Football Field repurposed into Motor Pool.

   Keys: Kapitan, Egorov

   Kapitan Egorov=Appearance: Middle-aged, salt-and-pepper hair and beard, icy blue eyes, almost portly strongman build; Personality: Appears stern, but has a bleeding heart he tries to suppress. Always keeps an even tone. Treats BK as rebellious daughters rather than tools. Treats all his men like his sons. Jaded by all the senseless violence of war; dislikes cruelty and cruel people like Egorov. Dislikes Vostov as a whole and sees Razim as a charlatan with a lot of power. Background: A man who had become listless by the violence of war and the dehumanizing utilitarian society of Vostov. He's the acting commander of Zelenka and oversees control of Ognice and the surrounding areas. Finds slavery and torture distasteful but understands that he has no power to stop it.

   Keys: Starshina, Dragovich

   Starshina Dragovich=Appearance: In his 30's, buzzcut, tall, robust and chiseled body, burning orange eyes, perpetual sneer; Personality: Sadistic and draconian. Drunk in power and control over his men. Loves battle and physical violence. Despite his cruel admnistration, he genuinely loves to see his men improve. Sees BK as little more than complex toys, but at times he can be impressed by them. Background: The primary enforcer of Zelenka and the conduit between Egorov and his men, Dragovich is a cruel man liked by few because of his excessive punishments. He is held in high esteem by the upper brass due to his combat efficiency, particularly during the capture of the city of Ognice, where his excessive violence earned him the moniker “Butcher of Ognice”. Dragovich is a big fan of executing the “Harvest Protocol”

   Keys: Dmitri, Ryadovoy Dmitri

   Appearance: Age 28, bony and scrappy appearance, brown greasy hair, perpetual mischievous grin; Personality=Affable, Party Animal, Endearing Pervert, Lazy and Irresponsible, Big Brother type; Background=Has been in Zelenka longer than most, but has never earned a rank because of underachieving nature and because he hates responsibility. Pretty much friends with everyone. Rapacious sexual appetite, but ultimately kind and friendly with BK. Treats NT-202 like a little sister and NK-174 as a drinking buddy. Trained NT-202 in knife fighting.

    Vostov Industries Advanced Genome Research Association= The leading company in Bio-Technology in the world, as well as Vostov's Tenth Branch of Industry Impetus=The Vostov-Beligorsky war was taxing on both sides. Infrastructure, men and morale was in dwindling supply. Belgorsky has the tactical advantage of sitting above the continent's largest mineral mines and has more allied countries backing their cause, so the Sovereignty can potentially outlast Vostov despite their advanced technology. Improving firepower will certainly reduce the resources Vostov wants into ashes. No, what they need is to improve what they already have in hand so they can match Belgorsky's war of attrition. To do so, they have begun the first steps to make their army “immortal”. Vostov Industrial Advanced Genome Research Association (VIAGRA for short), an eclectic branch of R&D dedicated to repopulating the nation through artificial human life. The tech leaders of Vostov decided to reroute the efforts to “back-up” themselves and their greatest assets and instead use the technology to inflate their armies. After a meeting of the minds, the great leaders and scientists of Vostov decided to make a sub-unit of indefinitely produced clone soldiers that can not only act as auxiliary to human personnel, but to also solve the problem of low morale and “green on green” sexual violence. And so the board have decided that giving the military living sex dolls was the greatest thing since the invention of the Avtomat Kalashnikova, and does the Boyevaya Kukla project was born. Full name= Veronica Maksimovna Volkova Gene Parent of Nika BK series Alias= Bochonok Pirata (“Keg Pirate”) Blood type= AB Negative Age before expiration= 27 years old Cause of death= Missing since the Broken Chains Incident; presumably deceased after the carpet bombing of Chelo Mucheniki Valley Years of Service Slated= 22 years Veronica Background= Ever since childhood, Veronica Volkova has been exhbiting signs of Conduct Disorder (starting fights, bullying, setting small fires, torturing small animals), having developed even during the formative age of eight a fixation on violence and cruelty. While Veronica had a normal upbringing with two working parents and two younger siblings who grew up to become normal people, Veronica has been left unsupervised as her mother worked a demanding position in an insurance firm, while her father was always away as a contractor. Apparently the Volkova siblings had a teenage babysitter who gave them scant attention and left them movies to keep the children distracted. Young Veronica has since developed an interest in the violent horror movies she was exposed to and have continued to expand her horizons in secret. Veronica seems to understand that fixation on violence was unnatural and repulsive, but the allure of engaging in the forbidden was exciting. It was only when a short story writing activity that resulted in Veronica writin about a graphic rape and murder of a woman, and an incident where she tried to drown a boy who mocked her that she was submitted to therapy. Veronica was released from therapy in about a year after good behavior, and after a short while of being monitored, was deemed healthy enough to rejoin schooling in a different institution. However, perfect as her mask was, she could not convince many people to lke her, and those who gets closed are unnerved by her morbid way of thinking. She is also relationally and sexually frustrated as men tends to avoid her, even if she was willing to lower her standards (her ideal standard being similar to a violent sex offender). Still, for a long time, Veronica managed to hide her impulses through relatively harmless means, such as hunting (which her father takes her to), writing (extreme horror), and surfing the net for shock videos. At 24 years old, Veronica would eventually take a job as a Propety Claims Adjuster, as she revels being in the vicinity of destruction and misery brought about by factory accidents. Her job fueling her fixations, Veronica was meticulous to an almost disturbing degree, with her reports describing in gruesome detail the nature and anatomical damage of the incidents she had to document. At the end of the day, she loved her job and was good at it. However, the competition of her firm was cutthroat, and her manager did everything to sabotage her career. The manager always downplayed Veronica's contributions to projects, inundated her with unreasonable work, and even dug deep into Veronica's past to reveal her streak of conduct disorders, which forced her to take therapy and locked her out of promotion. Furious with nowhere to vent it, Veronica was verbally harassed by a drug-addicted vagabond, to which she responded by stabbing the man in both eyes and the neck with a ballpoint pen. This would mark the first of many murders that plagued the local Syroy squatter spot. Since the police rarely cares about the Syroy population, Veronica happily used them as stress relief. She had committed twenty-seven murders this way until she went too far and attempted to kill a cop who gave her a parking ticket. An investigation led to multiple murders connected to Veronica and had her slated for a potential death penalty. When the resource wars erupted, one of Vostov's strategies to waste valuable manpower is to use the penal population to send to the meat grinder. Apparently Veronica had the chops for logistics and her history of hunting and range shooting implied a great amount of marksmanship, so she was sent to the Cinder Corps. Veronica was a remarkable and quick to learn, especially since her work directly contributes to the destruction of way, which gave her a lot of perverse focus and motivation. She had been called the Bochonok Pirata (keg pirate) for developing easy yet destructive explosives using ration crates and barrels, and once developed the idea of delivering rigged ration/ammo crates to enemy bases.

    Keys: Veronica

    Broken Chains Incident= An incident wherein the penal soldiers in the Tavroska Outpost situated in the Cheno Mucheniki Valley managed to find a way to disable the explosive chips in their necks through tampering with comm signals. Veronica herself helped develop the method and relayed it to many other outposts through coded messages. After a mutiny was sprouted, the ensuing firefight left many members of the Cinder Corps dead. Veronica herself was not confirmed among the dead, but Vostov Military considered her so after they carpet-bombed the valley soon afterwards. This incident also marked the end of the use of penal soldiers in the Vostovian military. Veronica Actual Status= Alive. Has gathered deserters from both Vostov and Belgorsky in order to become a pack of raiders that secretly attacked both sides, calling themselves the 'Mertvyye Psy' or the 'Dead Dogs'.

13. #13Dead Dogs

    Dead Dogs=Raiders composed of survivors of Cinder Corps and Vostov/Beligorsky deserters. They hide in the mountains, attack lone groups of soldiers, and burn the evidence after steeling their gear. Wears armor that is a mixture of Vostov and Belgorsky gear, and wears masks that resembles animal faces. Members=disenchanted deserters of both Vostov and Belgorsky who have decided to take on banditry to survive. Some are in it to take revenge on both countries. Motive=harass Vostov and Belgorsky through murdering, raping, and robbing lone squads. Capture BK Dolls in order to use as slaves or sell them to the black market. Squad structure=usually composed of an assault team of 6-7 men. The first half are gunners who use AK-74s who provide suppressing fire, while the latter half is a two-man rpg gunner and loader who eliminate vehicles and high-priority targets. These squads are called “Četa”, and they are typically raiding parties that harass lone tanks, transport, or less organized of people. The Collared=Dead Dogs have developed a way to control BK through specialized collars. They use them as fodder who use suppressing fire or as meat shields with bombs strapped to them.
