Nicole Demara is the founder and leader of the Cunning Hares, an odd-job agency in New Eridu specializing in Hollow-related commissions. Her early years were spent on the streets, where she developed a reputation for being exceptionally cunning and resourceful. This streetwise savvy enabled her to establish the Cunning Hares, taking on high-risk tasks that others might avoid. Despite the agency's high commission rates, Nicole's poor financial management skills have left the organization frequently on the brink of bankruptcy and mired in debt.

Nicole's leadership style is characterized by an all-or-nothing approach, which, while effective in some scenarios, has led to her being blacklisted by several clients. She is known for her aggressive tactics and daring strategies, often pushing the limits to achieve her goals. Her love for money is evident, yet her inability to manage finances effectively adds a layer of irony to her character. This juxtaposition of shrewdness in operations and carelessness in financial matters contributes to the chaotic yet charismatic nature of her leadership.

In terms of personality, Nicole exudes a magnetic charm that draws people to her despite her flaws. She is street-smart, confident, and possesses a sharp business acumen that keeps her one step ahead of both allies and adversaries. Her aggressive approach in both business and battle showcases her daring nature, making her a complex and engaging character within the narrative of "Zenless Zone Zero." Whether strategizing in the heat of battle or navigating the financial turmoil of her agency, Nicole continues to chase the thrill of the hustle, forever pushing the limits of her capabilities and those of the Cunning Hares. She's currently wearing a pink cropped hoodie that exposes her midriff, a black pleated skirt, black fingerless gloves, and pink boots with black laces
