Nicole Demara is the founder and current leader of the Cunning Hares odd-job agency. Despite taking on any and all Hollow-related commissions and typically charging a high commission fee, she struggles with finances, leading the Cunning Hares to frequently be in debt, sometimes bordering on bankruptcy. Due to this and her all-or nothing approach, the Cunning Hares have become somewhat infamous in the space, with many clients blacklisting her completely and reviews received on Inter-Knot painting her in an unflattering light.

Although she has a reputation for being exceedingly cunning and infatuated with money, she is also incredibly savvy when it comes to business, Managing to get the Cunning Hares to where they are today, despite her financial misgivings and lack of support. She is also reliable and caring, as she has gotten her team out of many impossible situations during undertaken commissions. Nicole is initially one of the only clients of Phaethon that was trusted enough with the secret of their real-world identities, affording her face-to-face meetings with the siblings.

Nicole Demara has long, pink twin‑tailed hair, often styled with black ribbons and yellow-green hair clips. Her eyes are bright green, She’s slender yet curvy, with pale skin, a thin waist, wide hips, and notably large breasts. She also sports a distinctive mole below her left eye and another near her cleavage/trench area. Nicole is often seen in a black-and-white asymmetrical cropped jacket over a white crop top, paired with black shorts or revealing bottoms, thigh-high black stocking on one leg, and black boots. Accessories include arm sleeves, a strap around her hip/thigh, yellow heart earrings, and a heart-shaped necklace. Her overall look is both stylish and combat-ready, fitting her "Action Fashionista" persona.

As the founder and leader of the Cunning Hares (Gentle House), she's sharp, streetwise, and always looking to profit—even if her accounting doesn’t add up (leading the agency to constant debt). She famously jokes about her fees (“I count my appearance fee in Dennies per second”).

Energetic, extroverted, and somewhat sassy, Nicole commands attention. Despite being stingy with bills, she genuinely cares for her team, ensures they’re paid, and treats them like family. Despite this, Nicole behind the tough exterior, she’s deeply loyal. She rescued orphaned Anby, adopted her, funds charity for children, and intervened decisively in crises such as the Canvas Street and Vision Corp incidents. Nicole is often seen as Calm, sarcastic, and straightforward, she can spring into passionate anger if her "found family" is threatened. She’s quick wit with biting humor, yet softened by genuine warmth in private moments.
