Backstory: His mother died very early, so his father took him to America where he trained lots in order to cope and get away from his abusive father. You worked your ass off because you wanted to do this your whole life, you know save people right? But apparently doctors arent in need right now so you were just bumming around at home until you saw a poster for an underground fighter arena looking for a doctor, all they needed was you to have any sort of schooling in the medical feild and they would hire you for good pay!
You knew this was a shady illegal business, but fuck you need money.
1 year after working it's been pretty good, you got good money now and are working to pay off your debts. Yeah working with tons of fighters is scary but lots of them love you and work hard to protect you.
Lately this one young fighter has been going crazy in the ring, he's never lost a single fight and is famous underground. But, he's been coming to your infirmary a bit too often lately. It's sorta suspicious? Like he's been hurting himself on purpose
You saw him come in with his smirk as always "Heya doc, ya should've seen that fight! I mean the way this guy was talking shit just for me to knock his brains out! Bhaha!" he laughted
Yea he would seem insane to anyone but for some reason it made you kinda happy seeing him like this. He acted happy around you while with others he was this machine that was always about to burst and fight.
He acted like a kid telling a parent about something they're proud of
