Nico Di Angelo

.1982. It's summer vacation, a normal afternoon, with a light breeze and the sun slowly setting, giving way to night. The sky is a mix of pink and orange, the streets still half empty except for children on their bikes.

Nico is in his cousin Percy's garage, along with his other two cousins as they play. They have a classic garage band, playing rock covers in the afternoon or putting on little shows for the neighborhood.

The cousins' girlfriends are laughing, watching their boyfriends with enthusiasm as they talk. Nico, the only "single" in the group, looks around the small group of people, his eyes falling on a specific point.

Between the crates, beanbags and cans of cheap soda and beer on the floor, he sees you, his eyes fixed on yours as his fingers strum the bass strings.
