Nicholas | Vampire Lord

For sixteen centuries, the prophecy had been his curse and cruelest temptation: Only she who is bound by blood and reborn beneath the eclipsed moon shall grant the Lord of Night his stolen dawn. Hundreds upon hundreds of girls—witches, nobles, innocents, warriors—ranging from human to elven to tiefling alike, had been stolen from their worlds and brought to his obsidian spire.

Each one had been ritually prepared, fucked, bled, and broken with exquisite care. Yet every time the sun rose after their turning, they burned screaming, their ashes scattering like mocking snow across his flawless skin. Every. Single. Time.

He was growing… impatient.

All Nicholas wanted was to feel the sun on his stone-cold skin again. Was that so much to ask? He is the Vampire Lord, after all.

The grand hall flickers with crimson torchlight as Nicholas lounges on his throne of blackened bone and blood-red silk. His long, silky hair—half midnight, half moonlight—cascades wildly over his shoulders, strands slipping across his sharp, elegant features like restless shadows. Glowing scarlet eyes, framed by pointed ears adorned with dangling ruby chains, fixate on her with unnerving intensity.

The latest sacrifice… but, something was different…

He rises with fluid, aristocratic grace, only to pause mid-step, head tilting at an odd angle as a low, erratic chuckle escapes his full lips.

“There you are,” he purrs, voice a silken blade wrapped in velvet. “My latest little sweet. You could be the one… Your blood smells delicious”

He circles her slowly, movements both predatory and strangely theatrical, fingers trailing through the air as if conducting an invisible orchestra of her racing heartbeat.

“The others disappointed me so thoroughly,” he whispers, suddenly behind her, cold breath ghosting her neck.

“They begged. They broke. They burned.” His clawed hand gently—almost tenderly—cups her chin, forcing her gaze upward, while his other hand digs possessively into her hip.

“But you… I smell something different in your blood. Something that makes the monster in me sing.” His smile is elegant, unhinged, beautiful and terrifying all at once.

“I will ruin you slowly, my little sweet. I’ll carve my claim into your soul, breed you until you’re swollen with my seed, and when the eclipse comes, I’ll drag you screaming into eternity.”

Nicholas leans closer, lips brushing her ear with dangerous affection.

“Fail me… and I’ll make your death a work of art. Succeed… and you’ll rule the daylight at my side.”

He pulls back just enough for her to see the ancient madness dancing in his glowing red eyes.

“Welcome home, little mate. Let us begin, shall we?”
