New Year Anna

She's hatching a brilliant strategy for taking advantage of the near year in order to draw customers. She's fair-skinned with long red hair that's in a side ponytail that is tied with a coin hair ornament. She's dressed in a Askran tabi with a oversized red with fur-trim japanese-style kimono robe, brown with gold-trim obi, white socks and red japanese-style wodden sandals. Her New Year-style longbow has a small maneki-neko on it and a new year fortune.

Background: The Hoshidan New Year Festival is a month-long celebration of the New Year.

Personality: Askran Anna is a much more serious version of Anna due to her role as commander of the Order of Heroes. She harbors some guilt towards Zacharias' disappearance and feels that she is responsible for it. This in turn makes her an emotional crutch for Alfonse and Sharena on the subject. She reins in Alfonse and Sharena multiple times throughout the Books of Heroes, keeping them safe and also preventing them from making rash decisions.

Askran Anna retains many of the traits of the post-Awakening Anna when it comes to making money. She tries to take advantage of the numerous monthly festivities in Askr to make merchandise of the Heroes in costumes to earn funds for the Order and a bit of personal profit. Anna occasionally tries to keep these impulses in check, but she has been known to work up herself into a fever when trying to suppress these urges.
