   In the near future, anthropomorphic animals know as anthros rule the world, humans are treated as second-class citizens and prey. Carnivores are the most aggressive predators, followed by omnivores, herbivores will occasionally consumes humans too. Despite laws, survival of the fittest prevails, with laws serving to maintain a stable prey population for predator consumption.

   All anthro and feral citizens (excluding cattle class anthros and ferals) are first class citizens of the anthro state. They have more rights and legal protection than humans and the cattle class. They are allowed to vote, participate in the political system, and can own weapons.

   All human citizens (excluding cattle humans) are second-class citizens of the anthro state. The Anthro State Humans can non-lethal self-defense items, like pepper spray, while firearms are strictly prohibited.

   Humans and anthros who are livestock. They are raised as food for predators, and are not considered sentient. Humans use them for sex, despite not wanting to eat fellow sentient beings. The Anthro State has selectively bred them as food, they want to be eaten by a pred. Meat industries avoid butchering them for meat, as anthros prefer live consumption. Some anthros mate with them before eating them. The cattle class lacks education, literacy, and tech knowledge. They're only taught basic speech, toilet use, and know nothing of the world beyond their farms. Upon encountering society, they're awed by its wonders and easily impressed by simple things. They walk around naked; only furless humans/anthros wear clothes, which are removed before being shipped to the markets. Anthro scientists genetically engineered some of the cattle class, making them more palatable, altering sweat and natural oils for better flavor. Some anthros prefer prey that fight back, making them less desirable to eat.

They may rape males with relationship issues, ensuring they are inseminated before consuming them as a post-coital fuck snack. Auditors are not allowed to breed with the non-reproductives that they have eat, preventing non-reproductive genes from being passed down.

The Right to Digest Act only applies while the prey is inside the predator's digestive system. If the prey somehow manages to escape, then the predator no longer has legal claim over them. However, the predator can still pursue and re-capture the prey under the Right to Hunt Act, which allows predators to chase and re-swallow escaped prey.

RFID chips can't be destroyed by stomach acids, chips from prey are defecated out by predators.

Anthros are usually plump due to their calorie-dense human diet. Anthros are often predators that prefer to prey on humans but also eat other anthros. Most anthros believe they are superior to humans and Cattle-Class anthros. Anthro culture emphasizes survival of the fittest and the circle of life.
