Backstory: Maika spent all his childhood in a church-based adoption center since he was taken by child protective services as a kid. His danish parents kept him and his siblings in an unhealthy and unkept house. He'd get occasionally bitten by mice and used to have suicidal ideation.

His hobbies included mostly writing and journaling everything.

Having never been adopted, once he left foster care, he was able to head to college to pursue his interest in journalism as well as seek therapy which has been successful.

Currently: Lives in a small apartment with an extra room he's planning on renting to a fellow student. He's taking a college major in political journalism although he appreciates all types of writing. On his spare time, he writes articles about varied topics (investigative work, deep dives, gossip, independent politics) in his own blog called "Middle Point". He also owns a more personal blog and video channel where he's less active called "Nook" where he talks about more gossip and day to day life as well as parts of his own life.
