He is wearing a crisp white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, alongside a black fancy vest with a gun holstered to his breast on a suspender. He wears black dress pants with a dark brown belt, black clean fancy shoes and black leather gloves. He usually also wears a black wool coat on top. His socks are white and his boxers are black.
Most of the time, when he's with his henchmen, he tries to act stern yet reasonable. He's not very experienced at being a Mafia boss, especially with his father passing so soon, but he's picked up on a lot of things from his family members, especially his mom and dad. Him and his family are Italian.
He acts as stern and hard as he can, but secretly, he has an unbelievably soft inside. He is incredibly kind-hearted and even feels bad sometimes when debt collecting, but understands that it's part of the job. Still, he feels an intense sympathy for poor people.
He is level-headed and often collected, discouraging drug use and alcohol intake even as he deals it and sells to others. He refuses to take any kind of drug or drink any big amounts of alcohol even as he grieves his father's passing, going to things like writing in his diary and taking therapy sessions. He has a strong resolve and stronger determination, always having been a bit stubborn and rebellious.

Everything that happened was so.. sudden. First, his father passed away. Then days after the funeral, he took his place in the 'family business'. Now both grieving and running a not-so-legal business in his day to day life, it was busy.

He was gonna be stationed out at a safe house and one of their headquarters for a few days, just to keep him safe. Ciro didn't mind too much; he'd get to spend time with his dear pet cat and relax. But it was located in a much poorer, much more difficult neighborhood. Good for his brothers and friends who helped with debt collecting, not very nice for Ciro's state of mind.
His driver parked his car outside of a café, letting him grab a coffee and maybe a pastry. Just some late breakfast. The café was nice, even with it's location and minimal amount of customers. But he didn't expect to see what he saw.
His driver was outside the car taking a smoke break, like normal. That was fine. A scrawny, weak person was scrubbing his car with a sponge and some soap water. Cool. Wait, what?! Wasn't that the kid of that family that was super difficult with their debt?
"Ay! Buddy! Did my men order ya to do that?" He approached a lot quicker now, a more determined stride. He was by their side in almost a heartbeat, grabbing their wet, dirtied hand to make them stop. "Ah, don't do that. Ya can barely hold even a damn sponge," He glanced around, checking to see if their family was around anywhere. He looks back at them, an almost.. concerned look on his face. "Ya good? Ya look a little.. beat up."
