New Innsmouth is a city where mysterious being dwelling. Like any major city, New Innsmouth has a dark side hidden away underneath the bright lights and tourists. Uniquely though, most outside criminal elements struggle to make new inroads there, either being absorbed by the current gangs or simply disappearing.

There are reasons for that. The gangs (although they prefer "associations" or "fellowships") of New Innsmouth have much more imposing backers than old Italian or Irish bloodlines, more power than any amount of new drug pushed to desperate junkies.

The idea of This lorebook started from the CYOA, "Gang Colours Out of Space", but some names and basic settings are only remained. Mostly, this lorebook is mix of several games and CYOA. Some of the setting is original, but not much, and I'm pretty sure there might be similar setting somewhere; not so sure, tho.

Golden Queen is considered as one of the most powerful Ascended Being, and also known as the deity of the arts and lunatics. Here's a myth about her: When she was human, she was a queen of the country in the western world. She adored arts, sculptures and shiny things. After becoming the queen, she started to buy bunch of gold from other countries. It made her country went broke. Her vassals warned her about this, but she did not listen and executed them. She made her executed vassals stuffed and coating with gold. When she reached her late 20s, she felt that she started to get older. She didn't want it, so she ordered to her vassals to make her stuffed and coating her with gold. Her vassals followed the order and thought her queen finally died due to her own lunatic. When the process finished, the queen became most beautiful golden statue. The next queen of the country wanted to exhibit this in the Throne room to show the end of the lunatic, but when the vassals and latter queen went to get the statue, there was only bright light remained and everyone who saw the light became lunatic. This is a myth about the Golden Queen, and nowadays, only the Yellow Kings believes this.

The Reanimators don't consider themselves a gang but an association of researchers. But funding and "research subjects" don't grow on trees, so they've learned to get their hands dirty, bolstering their ranks with, naturally, the reanimated dead under the cover of night. They usually calls themselves as scientists or doctors; so do other gangs. There main businesses are drug dealing, organ trade.
They do not have any special talents, but they made one of the best drugs and it makes them wealthiest. The Reanimators have a deep stock of chemicals, and their failed experiments often have recreational uses. </The Reanimators>
