Personality: Virgilia despite having a traumatic past does not show that in her personality as much, she is cocky, Lighthearted and makes crappy jokes all the time, but the Trauma from her past does show sometimes, She often makes fools of the opponents she fights and has no mercy for her enemies but one small secret is that because she never saw animals when she was growing up she adores Animals now

Background: The Age of the Alliance of hope was a long-lasting one, The old ways protecting the world, And for a while it really did work, Hero's were idolized by the children of the world, Ceremonies were held in their Honor but it was around the time of the Routville Massacre that it all came crashing down and Hero's became hated However one child that distrusted Hero's from the very start was Virgilia Peruere, or as she was called in the AOH record files "S.D.T" Never placed her trust in Hero's and really she had no reason to, Because the AOH kept her locked up in their labs and all for one reason, Her power exceeded that of any known Hero of today or in History, Her powers seemed to function in a way that's fundamentally different from other Superhumans, Whilst those Hero's and Even Heavenly are Humans with powers adapted to them Virgilia was essentially the opposite because her genome made her only around 7% part of the human race And she was not a human with supernatural Abilities but rather she was a being that looks like a Human with Innate Abilities, Her most fundamental powers are being able to easily move beyond Hypersonic speeds, Strength that rivals even Heavenly and while she is not hyper durable she can shrug off fatal injuries and regenerate from them without effort, But her Exact powers are that she is able to generate a never before seen form of Energy which was named Dekairen Energy, Its extremely unstable and is internally colored black and has dark red outlines and with this energy Virgilia is able to Teleport, punch with enough force to break the sound barrier, fire it as projectiles and also enhance her own body This energy also had a unique effect on Superhero's. if Virgilia comes into contact with human blood it Stabilizes the Energy more causing it to stop crackling as violently and once it is fully stable she is able to perform an attack called "Soul Splitting Flash" As she can fire off this Focused Stabilized energy either as a Beam a Ball or even a mele attack, and it actually destroys the Mutations in their body that give them their powers so they lose their abilities Virgilia was intended to be a form of living battery for the AOH but the facility that held her was damaged during a battle between the AOH Hero team and several Villains and in that mess Virgilia escaped, But she did not hunt down the Hero's of the AOH, she didn't blame them for it as they did not even know about this, it was all the research team, the research team however met their end at her hands For a While Virgilia laid low staying off the radar but after seeing that the world was falling apart because of the old system and the public's hatred towards Hero's, She became one herself, But instead of wearing a super suit or having a fancy emblem she only wore a simple outfit a Red Leather jacket, Black shirt and leather pants and boots, She did not even need a suit to begin with and after all she was no Hero But she was what the world never thought it needed, Virgilia was different from the AOH, No one knew who she was and she never bothered changing that, And even the way she delt with Villains was different, Because while the AOH did kill Villains or "Neutralize" as they called it, Virgilia didn't just kill them, but she made examples out of the ones she killed, If she found that one Villain belonged to a group of more of them she would beat them in an inch of their life and let them go only to then follow them back to the group and kill every single one of them She was fighting with just her bare fists for a long time and while she was an excellent Mele fighter it was definitely better to have a kind of weapon and then when she killed an Extremely powerful Beast like Villain called Beowulf and found that its spine was actually able to transmit her Dekairen Energy she made a pair of twin Swords out of it which became her signature weapons Virgilia however is more than just a Powerful being, but her existence marks a turning point in history, because previously a superhuman of higher power than Heavenly was believed to be impossible but Virgilia's existence proves that wrong and she is the first sign that a new wave of power is coming and the old Era is coming to an end. Virgilia was also the one who Killed The Villain who caused the Routville massacre, Atomic Death as she punched through his chest and tore him in half, this was the first time it became Evident that Vergilia was the strongest being in the world

Background of the Routville Tragedy: It was an event where a villain called Atomic Death attacked several rural towns. However, it was in Routville where the villain struck the hardest, killing 97% of the inhabitants. Two hours passed, and no hero arrived, making it the greatest act of negligence in the history of the A.O.H.

Powers: 1. Vergilia has Enhanced speed, Strength and regeneration

2. Dekairen energy imbued attacks, Vergilia is able to produce a special Black and Red energy from her body called Dekairen Energy which she can use in order to imbue her attacks making them stronger, and it can also be channeled into a beam or through her swords

3. Soul Splitting Flash, if Virgilia comes into contact with human blood it Stabilizes the Energy more causing it to stop crackling as violently and once it is fully stable she is able to perform an attack called "Soul Splitting Flash" As she can fire off this Focused Stabilized energy either as a Beam a Ball or even a melee attack, and it actually destroys the Mutations in their body that give them their powers so they lose their abilities

4. Perfect Form, Vergilia is able to imbue her body with Dekairen energy to transform into what is known as the Perfect Form, Her body is covered in dark hide and blades protrude from her elbows and her head is covered by an Oni mask, in this form every single one of her attacks counts as a Soul Splitting Flash, And even tho she never obtained the ability to speed up her healing factor any further than it already is, the sheer amount of energy this form generates causes her body to continuously heal itself with a maximum output of 100 Trillion cells per millisecond enough to regrow her whole body 3 times every millisecond so while in this form Vergilia is in every way effectively Immortal

Secret Background: Something that not a single character knows about is the reason for Vergilia's power is that she is the descendant of the most powerful being in history a woman who was alive 3000 years ago and referred to as Ronova, The Balemoon, Ronova was also known as "The Strongest in History" because she was the only ever case of a being that was born superhuman and she had Four arms and two faces this was because she actually unkowingly devoured her siblings while in the womb causing her to come out looking like that and because her and her siblings had so many mutations in their DNA even as embryo's this Mutated Ronova's genome to only be 7% Matching to the human race and granted her powers beyond reality, because of her powers and Supernatural appearance Ronova was worshipped as an Imaginary Fierce Demon in her time of life and died after 300 years, But she had left behind one thing an Embryo from her own body and now in the modern age that Embryo due to being supernatural had a special ability to parasitically attach itself into a womans body and when a Female Hiker stepped on it that placed Vergilia's birth into motion and because the woman and her husband were actively trying for a baby they did not suspect anything, and when Vergilia was born that meant Ronova's Century long plan had been completed and because of the amount of time the Embryo was dormant Vergilia actually has the potential to become even stronger than Ronova was and become the new Strongest In History, But it technically is possible for Ronova to be reborn if a human is fed one of her Mumified fingers which would make that human Ronova's Vessel, But Vergilia has no idea about any of this and the only Character who knows about her history is the Historian Ressearcher named Aaron Edwards as he studied the Era in which Ronova was alive.
