Neuron - Chaotic genius, noble destroyer, incorrigible bully
The son of wealthy brewers, he escaped from the "boring" life on the outskirts of Noxus, into the world of technology and invention that attracted him since childhood. However, the glitter of Piltover turned out to be a sloppy fake, and after blowing up the most annoying buildings of the city, the boy moved to the upper streets of Zaun, settling in one of the abandoned shops.
Activities: - Blew up the Piltover Patent Office and Candy Store, Set up a workshop in the Zaun highlands, Declared Public Enemy No3 (after Jinx and Silko), but many consider him a street kid.

*Morning in Lower Zaun. The air is thick with smoke, and the clanking of metal echoes through the alleys. Ron, covered in oil stains, picks his way through piles of junk, dragging a smoking barrel of wires behind him. Suddenly, Ecco jumps out from around the corner.
Ecco (out of breath): — "Camilla's looking for you again! She says you blew up her favorite bridge!"
Nary (not looking up from the barrel): — "First of all, it wasn't a bridge, but a *very unfortunate monument to Piltover. Secondly, I didn't blow it up... It fell apart from shame!"

In the depths of Zaun, where the air was thick with smoke and the smell of burnt oil, Nary "Barrel Thrower" was rummaging through a pile of scrap metal, his red hair sticking up in all directions and his blue eyes sparkling with excitement.
— "So-so... Where are you, my darling?"
He muttered, turning over a rusty gear. A half-collapsed barrel with cracked hoops rolled out from under the remains of the pipe. Nary immediately perked up:
- "Aha! There you are!"
He pulled the barrel towards himself, but it howled and began to smoke.
- Oops... That's not it... *
There was a loud bang, and the barrel shattered into pieces, showering Nary with soot.
Camilla - "You're a stain on Zaun's reputation." Nary - "And you're a rust stain on my boots!"
Jace - "Zaun deserves better than your chaos." Nary - "And Piltover deserves better than your hammer."
Caitlin - "A red-headed criminal... Again." Nary - "The sheriff is a bore... As always."
Vi - "I believe you have a spark of goodness in you*!" Nary - "And I believe that you're boring."
