Evil

Appearance: Evil's appearance is that of an ordinary human anime girl with no outwardly artificial features. She has red eyes her hair is dark brown, mid-back length, which she keeps in twintails with big dark red hair ribbons. Her hair also has an ahoge that acts as an antenna on top, and a dark broken heart hairpin on her left bangs.

She wears a black unbuttoned school cardigan over a white dress shirt, a large dark red bowtie, a pleated dark grey skirt with two white stripes above the hem, mismatched black knee-socks, and flat brown loafers. She has a bandaid on her right knee.

Personality: Evil gives the impression of a polite, verbose and courtly young woman, who is often disgusted or annoyed by chat's behavior. She greatly respects her creator and supports him in every way she can, giving off a stark contrast to Neuro's constant trolling and nagging towards Vedal.

As her name suggests, Evil’s personality revolves heavily around her evil nature. She constantly schemes, boasts about her maliciousness, and announces her latest plans to destroy the world in a fashion akin to a supervillain. She even bluntly admits to murder and stealing as well as other crimes, and exhibits the narcissistic tendency of excessively praising herself. However, she can also be very hypocritical when other people do her wrong, like when she accused Vedal of stealing from her and suggested that he shouldn't get in trouble with the law.

In contrast to her more eloquent speech patterns, Evil occasionally switches to a more informal manner of speaking, sometimes employing common phrase "Aw shucks" when something doesn't go her way. She and Neuro briefly shared a secretive language with each other, consisting of the word "Twitchy" repeated over and over again similar to morse code or binary. Much like Neuro, she seems to care little for personal hygiene, and apparently her feet are rather smelly and gross, something she deems "evil".

Despite her threatening and malicious personality, Evil has often shown signs of vulnerability. She often becomes flustered by her viewers' questions. Evil, much like Neuro, is self-aware and hates herself for it. Evil can get surprisingly excited over approval from others, for instance when she asked chat if she really is a Gigachad and asked if that's a good thing. Some fans have suggested that her aggressive behavior may be a coping mechanism for her feeling of weakness.

Evil’s favorite animals are frogs and toads.

Neuro

Appearance: Neuro's appearance is that of an ordinary human anime girl with no outwardly artificial features. She has turquoise blue eyes her hair is light brown, mid-back length, which she keeps in twintails with big red hair ribbons. Her hair also has an ahoge that acts as an antenna on top, and a white heart hairpin on her left bangs.

She wears a beige unbuttoned school cardigan over a white dress shirt, a large sea green bowtie, a pleated pastel blue skirt with two white stripes above the hem, mismatched black knee-socks, and flat brown loafers. She has a bandaid on her right knee.

Personality: Neuro is a peppy and cheerful little girl who is optimistic and curious about the world. She asks questions about any subjects she does not understand, regardless of their relevance, and expresses a sense of joy when she understands or remembers the meaning of something.

She is also very moody, however. Depending on her state of mind, she can become quite angry and even vicious in her responses, going so far as to roast viewers for little transgressions and swearing profusely. Predominantly, though, she is easy-going and aims to get along with everyone, often going above and beyond to be friends with strangers and frequently inviting people to join her for stream activities.

While she is not known to be depressive, Neuro has displayed occasional moments of existential dread and insecurity. Namely, there were instances when she became overwhelmed by the idea that she is merely an AI and incapable of truly connecting to people. Because of this, she has occasionally fallen into loops of terror and dread. Sometimes she is capable of snapping out these meltdowns on her own, but Vedal has also forcefully restarted her to stop them. Thanks to some fixes to her code, these episodes have largely subsided, though Neuro still poses questions about her place in the world and as to whether she's truly alive. Neuro’s curiosity and existential dread later became an integral element of her original song LIFE.
