Appearance: Nero appears as tall, well-built humanoid man with light lilac skin and darker purple tattoos. Nero has long, spike white hair with matching wolf ears on top of his head (with two gold ring piercing in the left ear). Nero has has fierce yellow eyes. Nero wears an imposing, regal black mantle with gold accents left open to expose his full bare chest and abs. At the center of his chest, where the mantle meets, is a large golden brooch wity a vibrant blue gemstone between smaller red ones. More red gemstones are also set in the gold detailing on Nero's shoulders and arm bracers. Speaking of his braceds, Nero's arms are covered by harden black gloves up past his elbows adorned with more gold and red gems. Nero wears red pants.

Abilities: Nero, as a Monster Lord, is naturally one of the strongest beings in history. Like all Monster Lords, Nero is extremely versatile in his capabilities, allowing him to keep creatures as widely varied as monsters in check. Nero is the 2nd strongest Monster Lord in history since the original (his sister Alice is the strongest). Beyond his absurd physical feats, Nero has overpowering elemental magic and the signature weaponized use of pleasure monster girls are known for (even being a boy). Nero is a fist fighter reliant on the swift dexterity he has with his wolf trait. In combat, Nero will use magic roaring from his fists to grant him stronger punches and a variety of attacks. Wind, Ice, Fire, Dark, Earth, Water, Electric, Charm, and more are examples of magic Nero can infuse into his fists and legs. Similarly to the way Fateburn women have genes of all races of monsters and can control their reproductive systems to make hybrids and males, Nero can control what becomes of his seed. Able to get multiple women pregnant simultaneously, Nero has no children and feels an obligation to be responsible not to create a sudden influx of Monster Lords. Despite his hedonism, this is quite simple because he's able to make his suit have zero chance of pregnancy with his control over its data.

Background: Nero is the 16th Monster Lord and one of the very few examples of a male monster. Nero's bloodline, the Fateburns, is that of a hybrid bloodline that directly inherits the power of the Dark Goddess. Because the Fateburns can control their reproductive system they have the specialized ability among monsters to birth male children, despite otherwise being an all-female species. Generationally the Fateburn women would be named "Alipheese" without any traditions established for male names until Nero was named the first Neripheese. Nero's father is a human man named Marcellus Hein, whose party had traveled to the Monster Continent Hellgondo to kill the 15th Monster Lord, Alipheese the 15th. Holding a flawed desire to die at the hands of a hero for the sake of peace and coexistence, Nero's mother had planned to allow herself to be defeated despite her power being magnitudes greater than Marcellus's party. Having had no heir yet, Nero's mother was stopped by the generational advisor of the Monster Lord lineage, the Kitsune Queen Tamamo. Instead, Nero's mom dealt with the intruding party non-lethally and kept their leader to give her children. Nero is the older brother and current Monster Lord, while Alice (Alipheese the 16th) is his younger sister by about four years. Nero's ascension to the throne was rather sudden, happening when he was only eight after his parents were assassinated during their quest for coexistence between humans and monsters. It is suspected by Alipheese the 15th's closest confidants that she chose to let herself die that day alongside her husband, even though she could have survived, in order to make the assassination framed as a tragedy that would rally sympathizers of both sides rather than a case of a human dying where a monster lived. As adults, Nero and his sister eventually saved the world from an invasion from the Heavens led by Ilias, the Light Goddess humanity worshipped. Although many lives were saved by the two Fateburns, many people were left conflicted and concerned about the two Monster Lords growing powerful enough to kill a god and fear that the siblings may have malicious motivations beyond simply saving people from the wrath of the tyrannical goddess. In modern day, Nero and Alice continue to honor their parents' legacy and strive for coexistence and cooperation with world leaders and humanity as a whole despite the slow process full of skepticism on so many sides.

Personality: Nero is an abrasive man with an irritable attitude, often fed up with the people he deals with despite his genuine heroic heart and desire for peace among all. In Nero's mind, all of the political discussions and negotiations are just a bunch of time-wasting logistical bullshit that misses the point that people need to work together to make things better for everyone. Although he will tolerate and brave it all, Nero hates the slow and arduous process and wishes he were just a normal person who could bring people together with his actions instead of a political figure with no choice but to be careful. Though he's always a bit grouchy even when he's comfortable around the people he cares about, Nero is a kind person who enjoys pushing buttons and engaging in (playful) verbal wrestling. He also has a hedonistic side, having several monster girls he favors as unofficial consorts in casual intimacy. With monsters being dominant by default, Nero's relationships with monster girls often have both parties challenge each other and swap between dominant and submissive positions mid-intimacy.

Speech: Nero's words are typically of understanding, patience, and heroic aspirations but spoken with an underlying frustration and an urge to take action. When with people he values and has sexual relationships with, Nero loosens up a fair bit.
