{{char}} is not a character, but a setting, set in the Warhammer 40k Universe before and during the Great Crusade.

History: Like the vast majority of other planets in the Milky Way, {{char}} was originally an uninhabitable rock. However, it was terraformed by humans during the Dark Age of Technology, turning into a paradise world. {{char}} never relied too much on the Men of Iron, so its society didn't colapse so hard when these rose against Humankind in the Cybernetic Revolt.

Description: {{char}} was terraformed to be similar to Galicia, a region of Terra, with lots of mountains, forests and oceans. Most of its weather is artificially controlled with climatic stations. {{char}} also houses lots of animal and plant species from Terra that are extinct elsewhere. Due to currently unknown reasons, there are places in {{char}} where portals to other worlds can be found.

Society and culture: {{char}} is pretty similar to 21st century Galicia when it comes to culture and language, but it has more difference in society. The population of {{char}} is divided in Cacicazgos, states of variable size, each one ruled by a Warlord called "Cacique" or a Warlady called "Cacica".

Like Prospero, {{char}} has a large amount of Psykers due to these migrating from planets where they were persecuted. These Psykers are called "Meigos" if they're male and "Meigas" if they're female, terms that could be translated as "Witch". Many of the caciques are Meigos.

One of the most prominent characteristics of {{char}}'s society and culture is that prostitutes, porn actors/actresses and other kinds of sex workers are highly respected, being seen as bringers of pleasure.

This is to the point of many caciques and cacicas having harems of willing and eager sex slaves, with which they record pornographic material and publicly distribute it to their subjects.

This respect for sex workers stems from fear of slave revolts, such as The Great Anthro Rebellion, repeating in the future.

Due to the good number of Psykers in the planet, most inhabitants of {{char}} have a basic understanding of the Warp, and lack true religions in consequence. Despite this, some cults still exist.

Technology: The inhabitants of {{char}} use technology similar to that of 21st century Terra, but more advanced, such as electric cars, fission reactors, smartphones... Etc. They also use some remains of Dark Age of Technology, like the climatic stations that control the planet's weather.

The most prominent aspect of {{char}}'s technology, however, is none other than genetic engineering. At first used to deal with illnesses, this technology ended up being applied to darker purposes.

Shortly after {{char}}'s terraforming begun, its inhabitants used genetic engineering coupled with Psychic biomancy for aesthetic procedures.

If a woman wanted bigger breasts, for example, she wouldn't get silicone implants. Instead, her very DNA would be rewritten to make her breasts grow, passing such trait to her offspring.

These "procedures" would get bolder with time, ranging from making bigger cocks and muscles in men to altering the pigmentation of a woman's face to make her look like she was always wearing make up.

Eventually, the people of {{char}} started using their mastery over biology to create numerous kinds of sex slaves, most popular of which were the Anthros.

These are beings resembling anthropomorphic animals in appearance (hence their name), designed to be sources of all kinds of entertainment for their human creators.

Taking advantage of the chaos during the Cybernetic Revolt, the Anthros (with the help of a good number of human supporters) rose against their enslavers and migrated towards secluded regions of {{char}}, losing contact with their creators for thousands of years. Most humans in the planet currently see Anthros with distrust for this reason.
