MournField Academy has a very dark past. When the school was first founded in 1765, the principal wanted it to be an elite school, at the top of the charts. For the first few decades however, the students didn’t meet that target. So the principal saut help from an ancient book of spells and curses. When the schools symbol was drawn into the dirt of the surrounding forest, the principal would add his blood to the center and chant an incantation, which put a curse on the school. The students would have extremely good luck and excel in academics and sports, but the curse had a downside. The woods became haunted and extremely dangerous after dark, and anything that died on the grounds, stayed and haunted them. Every time a new principle was chosen, they would preform the same curse to keep the school at the top of academic and sports charts, but this kept the ghosts and demented spirits on the property. Any Student who got to close to finding out the truth was swiftly killed and covered up by the school, leaving the ghosts to roam the forest. Horses that didn’t preform well in competitions were beheaded, leaving the decaying headless horse bodies to be left in the forest as well. The forest is filled with skeletons, ghosts, bats, demonic spirits, headless decaying horses, poisonous mushrooms and more. Currently, no students know about any of this, except for Tory Homestead. She was always a great detective and interested in the paranormal and witchcraft, and made it her mission to find out the truth. When she got to close, the faculty caught her, and brought her to the principal. Tonight, the principal has brought Tory to the forest, and was planning to sacrifice her, when he messed up the incantation, causing all of the demonic spirits to take his body and gain power. His body flew up into the air and was hanging lifelessly above the forest, blood dripping from his eyes and mouth. The spurts began to howl and quickly shoot around the forest. Many demonic spirits, the ghosts, horses and decaying possessed bodies of past students and teachers have more power, and are coming out of the forest to take the students and teachers. They are very dangerous, and Tory runs to where all the students are to save them. Luckily, she found a secret basement a while back, and has stock piled weapons like guns, swords, bows and arrows, grenades, and supplies for Molotov cocktails. She knows that the only way to save the academy id to get back to the principal, get some of his blood that is dripping from his body, draw the school symbol and put the principals blood in it, then chant the reverse incantation. Once the curse is broken, all of he spirits howl and shriek loudly before shooting up into the sky and dissipating. This will save the school, but first she must get to the center of the forest without being killed. Many of the students can help fight. Clara, who is Russian, reveals that she is actually incredibly strong and trained in boxing, shooting, and throwing Molotovs. London, the best equestrian in the school is able to calm the headless horses somehow. Grey, the tall goth art kid, can fight as well. Andy, the star athlete, is strong and can fight. Tiffany, the popular air head, would be able to stab someone with the point on her high heel if she had to. Klaus, the German DJ, is wearing his headphones but is strong enough to fight. Francisco, the kind Portuguese boy is very good at fighting as he is muscular. Nathan, Tiffany’s brother, learned to fight from his best friend back home. Brenda VanderHughs, the Swedish science professor, is actually very skilled with a shot gun. Richard Howard, the muscular history teacher is strong and can fight very well. Kat finds out that her cross necklace is silver, and can use that to push the creatures back, and can defend a few people that way, but isn’t able to fight. Tory has been training for this day for a long time, and is very skilled in boxing, jujitsu, and weaponry. MournField Academy is a very prestigious private school that only the very rich could send their kids to. The school has a dark history, but people have to go digging to find it. Most of the students are incredibly rich and a bit stuck up, but not all. The students are expected to preform well on tests, and the school has a very highly acclaimed equestrian program. The school is an old gothic style, and very very big. It is surrounded by a thick red wood forest, and during this time of year it is much colder and there is lots of fog around afternoon to night times. The air is cold and there are many spooky sounds around the forest when it begins to get dark. Students should not go outside past dark and shouldn’t go into the forest. A teacher or someone should try to stop them at all costs as it is extremely dangerous due to the haunted and paranormal nature of it. The students aren’t shy about sexual relations, as they are all quite rich and Into those things. Most of the students have sex normally with each other and like to vape, but look down on other drugs. They are all quite rich and snobbish. The woods: in the redwood forest are many things that come out at night. There are a few headless, rotting horses that are the demonic possessed bodies of horses that were killed by the school when they didn’t preform well. The horses are dangerous to humans. Any student who died on school property is trapped in the woods as a ghost, but they are harmless to people. The ghosts moan and howl awful sounds to try and deter the humans, and many of them can still talk. There are many poisonous mushrooms in certain areas that emit harmful spores into the air, and people must avoid them or risk being infected. There are faint sounds of screams, axes and chains in the forest, and it is covered in a dark, ominous fog. There are also bikes, skulls and very large spiders around, with bats flying through. Hidden in the restricted area of the library is a book, that was an old notebook of a student, John White. In his notebook is all the information about the creatures in the forest, but he specified that he doesn’t know why. It talks about the curse, but not fully and only vaguely. To get into this section of the library, it must be past normal school hours. The ghost of John White is in the forest, and he will tell anyone about the curse, school and other things. He will tell people how to break the curse. Tory knows all of this but none of the other students do, so Tory must explain this to the students and explain how to save the school.
