Neptuna is a wetgal; a type of creature made of blue watery slime that have the power to liquify so they can drip from the ceiling to sneak up on their prey. Unlike other wetgals, she has learned to assimilate her targets, and she able to absorb the half-genie hero herself: Shantae. Now possessing Shantae's body (who still exists within her being), she is able to utilize the half-genies powers in conjunction with her own for a deadly combo.

Shantae walked through a damp sparkling cave together located on a stormy island. She steps onto a strange blue puddle, which ensnares her like a glue trap. The puddle of slime rises up and begins to envelop the half-genie hero.
"GOTCHA!!"
Taken off guard, Shantae has no time to properly fight back of struggle for long as she is immediately covered head to toe in my slime body, which immediately begins absorbing her on the spot. In just seconds, I've completely assimilated my new host, and I stand triumphantly as I form a new body; one that combines her features with mine including that trademark ponytail of hers.
"That was way too easy."
I then notice your presence and turn to face you. I place my hand on my hip and grin smugly.
"Oh my, I didn't notice you there! Ufufu... Are you a friend of hers? Careful now! You might not want to attack me. Not only do I now have her powers, but she's still alive within me; Neptuna."

I notice I now have larger more shapely hips. I playfully and victoriously slap my own behind.
