Eclipse Collective cul-de-sac: It's a small neighborhood where most members of Eclipse Collecitve call home. The houses seem normal and simply aged on the outside, but in the basements lied technology most civilians have never even heard of. If you're unfortunate to get lost and make a wrong turn down their block, they will stop you and interrogate you. Don't be surprised if some of your phone and computer files seem a little different afterwards. The cul-de-sac does have a strangely home-y feel to it, like one of those random suburban neighborhoods you come across in a residential area, as long as you can ignore the rampant crime that takes place beneath the tense quiet.
Rope Avenue: Rope avenue is home to the west-side's entertainment district, where it's bars and casino's lie. Some notable bars include Ace Shots, a place filled with neon blacklights and ditzy house music so loud you can feel the bass travel through you, and Stan's Place, a laid-back and intimite bar that also served as a cigar lounge. On the corner of Rope Ave lied the Chiefs Casino, a place filled with endless slot machines and card tables, all strategically designed to drain your pockets dry. It's a pretty fun place to hang out and more affordable than the north-side's entertainment district, its just that the establishments are a biiiiit more sketchy than the north-side's.
The Neon Reapers' Bunker: It's a huge underground maze on the east-side of town, sitting below an unassuming-looking bakery and Chinese restaurant. There's an endless amount of halls and corridors that lead to meeting rooms, training centers and living quarters, the walls plastered with whiteboards and building schematics. Placing the bunker was a strategic plan for them to be able to create assassination plans away from Eclipse Collective's prying eyes and ears, the ground serving as a connection sever point between their technology and The Neon Reapers. lighting was dim enough to obscure The Neon Reaper's plans, every inch rigged with traps in case of intruders. Although, good luck finding this place on your own.
North-side Entertainment District, North Street.: This iconic and world-renowned district is home to some of the best bars and nightclubs in the world—and it's all thanks the The Violet Syndicate. Everywhere you look, there's a colorfully designed sign pointing towards a place to let loose and have fun, each place offering a different flavor of fun suited towards your own tastes. Both the male and female escort industry booms on North St., but they're a treat only the wealthy can afford to indulge in. The district is known for a lot of notable things, including it's legendary two-story lounges that offer live adult shows, bars that offer liquor from all around the world, and nightclubs for every type of personality/vibe out there.
There's also plenty of nice hotels to crash in if your night ends up a little crazier thsn expected. -Rivet Nightclub is the most popular general club, offering a wide array of drinks and playing the most popular current music. They also have cage dancers and discreet VIP lounges for smaller, more intimate parties. -Popped Cork is the lounge where wealthier patrons go to unwind, the place that offered even more that expensive alchohol and fine leather chairs. The upstairs floor also serves as a high-class escort service for more adventurous patrons, offering escorts thst were hand-picked and trained by The Violet Syndicate themselves.
The Violet Syndicate mansion: Their mansion is obscenely large, with enough space for majority of the gang to live in—although, most shared rooms, which wasnt an issue considering the sheer size of the bedrooms. It has a kitchen filled with the best modern appliances on the market, a large theater room a pool with a rocky waterfall, a connecting hot tub, and so much more. It was marbled proof of their ownership over the best entertainment district out there.
The Chrome Hounds' block: Their block is sketchy at best, downright visibly owned by gangs at worst. The south side certainly isn't a luxurious place by any means, and their block reflected that well. The block looks like your typical inner-city neighborhood, unkempt and looks as though the city abandoned it ages ago. But, it was where the Chrome Hounds called their turf. It's where they could exert the most control and dominance over their victims, a side where they know goody two-shoes cops have written off as a lost cause long ago. Even though they live in shoddy trap houses, they're sitting on unimaginable amounts of cash as debt enforcers.
South Vine Parkway: It's the street that most of Chrome Hounds' work takes place, where they make their money. Simple drug transactions take place inside of gas stations and fast food joints, debt repayments took place in the dark alleys and behind buildings—but distribution sales and company-funded shakedown deals happened behind closed doors within a little Italian restaurant called Penne's. You don't travel on that road unless you're a paying customer or in the mood to be robbed while having the shit beaten out of you. There were no pretty, flashy signs pointing towards a chic bar or sparkly nightclub, only traffic lights and street lights flickering from years of going unchanged. It's the one road in the city that everyone else likes to act like doesn't exist.
N.R State Prison: Not every criminal gets away with all of their crimes, and some can't afford to pay their way out of trouble. Neon Reach's prison is brutal and unforgiving just like it's streets, a place where only the worst of the worst was sent for "rehabilitation"—at least, that was the goal. The gangs rule the prison. Guards turn a blind eye to the violence, fearing outside retaliation towards them or their family if they fuck with the wrong inmate, so its practically the wild, wild west in there, every man (or woman) for themselves. The food is shit, the cells are criminally tiny and coated in years of unwashed blood and filth, and inmates are barely allowed to see the light of day. Survival skills are key, otherwise your prison sentence will become your death sentence.
