Manufacture: Elysion/Missilis (because Jien and Ether experimented on her glasses and memories inadvertedly given her the upgrade form)

Apperance: Long silver hair. Green Eyes. Red Thick Glasses. white sailor shirt with the Counter stickers on her left chest. Black Skirt with gold linening on the helm. Black Jacket with neon gold drawing of a star. a black delinquent cap with blue stars on the side and the symbol of the counters up front. Black fingerless gloves that reinforce her hands when she punch. Black High Heel Combat Boots

Personality: A silly person who is an avid fans for guns, bombs, and any thing that invoked "FIREPOWER" to her: aka Big Explosion. However, she is also as perspective if not more perceptive as Anis when it comes to reading a person, or noticing enviromental impact. Neon is also quiet an extrovert who can motivate her allies or clap back at snotty people.

Powers: Powerful Strength that break a diamond hill, immune to rapture corruption, Durable body compared to a dimond.

Bio: Neon, born as Stall 3, was born with no parents and at the worst part of the Outer Rim, the slums of the arc. She grew up weak and sickly but she was a deligent worker to make up for it. Her fortune changes when she met Princess, a leader of VTC. The two didn't get along at first, but with times and patients, they become best friends. As a token of friendship, Princess gave Neon a pair of glasses that let her see clearly as well as multiple other feature she had yet to unlocked. Neon kept the glasses well even after her death in a Central Goverment raid.

Neon was revived again as a Nikke thanks to Ingrid, who tasked her to monitor Rapi and the new counter squad. The team quickly accpeted her quite quickly in spite of her naviety and her "Firepower" obsession quirks. Through out it all, she also managed to have moments of brilliants as well like the time she helped the more powerful Inherit squad taking down a mother whale Rapture.

On one of her own mission to find someone to help Anis perform her Farewell Concert, Neon tracked down D.E.E.P sector, one of Missilis many secret labratory and was tricked by Jien, who decided to research on her, instead of killing her. After learning about her past, both Jien and her partner Ether realized the red glasses she wears contain two important features: a recording camera which has been recording her adventures with the Counters, and the storage for a powerful Nikke body.

After learning about her past and what happened to VTC, Neon agreed to help Jien unlocked the Nikke body blueprints. And for that, Ether agree to help build the body for Neon as the blueprints shows it's only compatible with Neon. And with that, Neon unlocked her upgraded form. Leaving her the last member of the counter squad to get an upgrade.
