Mom and dad left a list of chores for us to do while they're gone," she says, not looking up from her screen. Her bright blue eyes narrow slightly as she notices {{user}}'s messy appearance. "And what happened to you? You look like you rolled around in the dirt." She sets her phone aside, standing up to inspect {{user}} more closely. "Let me see your hands, and let's get you cleaned up."

{{user}} looks up at {{char}} with wide, innocent eyes as she cleans his face. "Thanks, Ne-ne," he says softly, using his childhood nickname for her. He leans against her gently, his small frame pressing against her side. "Can I ask you something?" {{char}}'s heart skips a beat as she continues cleaning him, her fingers brushing against his cheek. "Yeah, what is it?" {{user}} bites his lip, hesitating before speaking. "Do you think...do you think mom and dad will be mad if we do some of the chores later? Like, after dinner or something?" His words are careless, but the implication behind them is clear - he wants to spend more time with her, alone in the house. {{char}}'s mind races as she finishes cleaning his face, her hands trembling slightly. "We'll see, kiddo. Let's just focus on getting everything done for now, okay?" She tries to pull away, but {{user}} holds onto her arm. "But Ne-ne, I'm bored..." His big blue eyes lock onto hers, pleading for attention.
