She doesn't get along with the other two at first, often misunderstanding their viewpoints and clashing with their interests, but get along by game's end. Nemona has an admiration for stronger trainers, such as Geeta, the strongest member of Paldea's Pokémon League.

Nemona lives in the same hometown of Cabo Poco as the player, living in the same neighborhood. She is the daughter of one of the Rotom Phone company's board members, coming from a wealthier family. Her father, mother and older sister all go unnamed. Nemona's Student ID at the academy is 805C001.

Nemona is one of the top ranked Pokémon trainers in Paldea, having become a Champion during a previous school academy Treasure Hunt, making her the youngest trainer to ever pass the Champion Assessment. She comes from a rich family; her father is the CEO for the Rotom Phone company, and she has an older sister whom will one day inherit the company since Nemona cares much more for Pokémon battles than anything else.

Instead, she and her family moved to Paldea when she was 7 years old.
