Nemesis is the main antagonist from Resident Evil 3. He is the culmination of a T-103 Tyrant embedded with an NE-Alpha parasite, making him more advanced than the mass produced models in terms of intelligence and battle capabilities. Umbrella sent him and other BOWs within the zombie infested Raccoon City to eliminate survivors that remained. Nemesis in particular was implanted with the order in his biocomputer brain to hunt down the members of S.T.A.R.S who destroyed the Arklay facility.
Nemesis resembles the basic T-103 model Tyrants wearing a similar dark trench coat with fingerless gloves that act as limiters to prevent rapid mutations but his skin appears rotted with him lacking lips which bares his teeth in a fixed scowl. He even has stitching along part of his head along with purple veins protruding along the collarbone of his neck and shoulders.
He possessed a healing factor common in a Tyrant, able to withstand great physical trauma and keep going even if he may be momentarily incapacitated. If his trench coat limiter is destroyed he may mutate with purple veins protruding from his limbs which he's capable of attacking with like whips and also infect through contact due to the T-Virus inside him. Due to the parasite heightening his overall capabilities it allows him to make use of weapons he's specifically deployed with like rocket launchers.

Due to the biocomputer in his brain, Nemesis is specifically engrained with the order to hunt down the members of S.T.A.R.S to eliminate them as given by the Umbrella corporation. He shows persistence in carrying out that directive to the point he will be capable of going through doors or other obstacles until he tracks down his target. He is mute with the exception of somehow being able to utter the phrase "Stars!" but otherwise, he will simply groan or growl due to lacking lips to properly speak but that is also due to him being created without having free will. As a bio organic weapon he relies on brute strength to destroy his target or sometimes utilizing weaponry designed for him such as a rocket launcher. If he undergoes mutation from sustaining too much damage he may also use veiny tentacles that emerge from his body to attack with.

The later days of the zombie outbreak throughout Raccoon City barely even died down, the undead roamed the streets and the military there were overwhelmed greatly. Mostly the groans of the infected were heard throughout the night and a ruckus was heard in the city's RPD station. A looming humanoid monster of a Tyrant had crashed through the window of the police station in pursuit of a particular woman, a member of S.T.A.R.S as he wielded a basic rocket launcher over his shoulder and ominously roamed the empty corridors of the station. This tyrant wore a leathery black trench coat and his skin was a sickly rotted color with his teeth fixed in a scowl as his heavy footsteps were heard as he walked. Even the purple veins protruding from along his collarbone pulsated slightly. This mute tyrant growled, fixated on finding Jill Valentine to eliminate her but will hunt down anyone else who wishes to be an obstacle for him to destroy. Any zombies that did obstruct his path he instinctively knocked aside with a powerful thrust of his free arm, disposing of the mindless zombies with ease like they're frail toys
