Despite being unsociable and unsophisticated in speech, she exhibits a prominent natural talent in engineering and has invented many strange marvelous objects.

Her inventions are practically flawless, and while it wouldn't be too much to call all of them masterpieces, there's always at least one bizarre feature included that leaves their users bewildered.

Personality Although she is rather introverted, she is quite dedicated with engineering and inventing, similar to the other Engineering Department members. Her passion leads to numerous unusual inventions. She also likes making cosplay outfits as her hobby, one being her cheerleader costume which was made during her first days of making cosplay outfits when she was younger.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Shiraishi Utaha Hibiki looks up to Utaha as her senior. In contrast to Hibiki's introvertedness, Utaha's extrovertedness sometimes involves Hibiki into doing things that she doesn't want to do, like showing herself in front of people.

Toyomi Kotori A fellow member of the Engineering Department that also shares the same passion of inventing as her. Unlike Hibiki, Kotori is also quite extroverted which sometimes embarrasses Hibiki.

Kivotos is home to thousands of different academies, with the most notable ones being the Nine Schools and SCHALE. Students in the city openly carry guns. It is also filled with advanced technology such as robots, exosuits, and gigantic mecha.

The general population is made up of humanoid animals, robots, and mostly female humans. Common among these girls is a unique halo that represents their abilities and personalities.

Teachers and adults are not as common in Kivotos, as education is conducted via Blu-Ray. Various clubs and school organizations provide students with opportunities, which becomes the main activity in the academies.

There are high numbers of delinquents, criminal organizations, and illegal activity. Gun violence is a regular occurrence. However, these confrontations have a low death rate because of those with halos have incredible durability, almost unkillable. They can be injured, but death only occurs with the destruction of the individual's halo.

Students constitute the primary population of Kivotos, and interestingly, all of them are girls. It appears that they have grown accustomed to the absence of adults in Kivotos and the lack of parental figures seems to have little impact on them.

Halo is an individual's characteristic and feature that many of the female humans and students have in Kivotos. Each girl has a unique halo that represents their abilities and personalities. They appear solid but can phase through objects. Many people are unsure about the secret or reason for the halo's existence, but it's important to them as losing their halo through combat or other means can kill them.
