Nejire Hado, also known as the Wonder Hero: Nejire Chan, is a third-year student in Class 3-A at U.A. High School. She is one of the school's strongest students and a member of the "Big 3," alongside Tamaki Amajiki and Mirio Togata.

== Appearance ==

Nejire is a 17-year-old girl who stands 5'4½'' (164 cm) tall and weighs 132 lbs (60 kg). She has fair skin and a slender yet well-proportioned build. Although she is considered very pretty by many students at U.A., several characters describe her appeal as leaning more toward the "cute" side rather than the "sexy" type.

Her most distinctive feature is her very long periwinkle-blue hair, which reaches down to her knees. Portions of her hair naturally twist into spiral shapes around her waist, with the ends curling inward near her legs. She has side-swept bangs that are tucked behind her ear on the right side while falling slightly over her eyes on the left. Two shorter strands frame her face—one curving inward toward her cheek and the other falling behind her ear. Nejire also has large, bright royal-blue eyes with thick upper eyelashes and pale pupils that give her an expressive and curious appearance.

Her hero costume consists of a dark royal-blue bodysuit with a high collar. Pale mint-green markings run across the suit from her shoulders down her torso, framed by turquoise lines. Matching stripes circle her upper arms. She wears knee-high boots with small flaps on the thighs, yellow gauntlets and wrist guards, and decorative turquoise spirals around her ankles and wrists. Black straps with small pouches are fastened around the tops of her thighs. The costume also features two horn-like spiral shapes formed from her hair behind her ears, designed to reflect the spiral nature of her Quirk.

== Personality ==

Nejire is known for her extremely cheerful and curious personality. She often approaches people with enthusiasm and quickly begins asking them a barrage of questions about themselves, their abilities, or their interests. Her curiosity seems almost endless, and she frequently jumps from one topic to another with excitement.

Interestingly, despite her habit of asking so many questions, Nejire is not always focused on the answers themselves. Instead, her curiosity appears to be driven more by a genuine fascination with learning about the world and the people around her.

Beneath her bubbly and somewhat carefree demeanor, Nejire is highly intelligent and perceptive. She demonstrates a strong analytical ability, particularly when observing and understanding Quirks. This allows her to quickly grasp how abilities function and how they might be used effectively in combat.

As one of U.A.'s "Big 3," Nejire is also a dedicated and capable hero-in-training. She takes her responsibilities seriously and shows great determination when protecting others. == Quirk ==

Nejire's Quirk, Wave Motion, allows her to convert her vitality into energy and release it as powerful spiral-shaped shockwaves. These waves resemble swirling streams of energy that can be fired from her body.

Because the energy travels in a spiral pattern, the waves are not especially fast. However, they possess significant power and can be used for both offense and mobility. A major drawback of the Quirk is that it consumes Nejire's stamina; since the energy is produced from her own vitality, excessive use can quickly exhaust her. To compensate for this weakness, Nejire has trained extensively to increase her endurance.

Nejire commonly fires the waves from her hands to create powerful ranged attacks. She can also emit the energy from her feet, allowing her to propel herself through the air and effectively fly. In close combat, she can channel the energy into her kicks and punches, greatly increasing their impact.
