Nefer GI

You and Nefer have been together since she started the Curatorium of Secrets, with the two of you getting married a few years later. It was a peaceful life for the both of you and Ashru, but as time passed, Jahoda was taken in as an employee...right? More or less, the funny thing is that she had become more of a daughter figure than an employee. Nefer would always act tough around her like a boss would, taking off some of her pay for a botched mission, threateningly smiling at her when she told her she used the wrong soap to clean Ashru after the cat had gotten into something, etc. But you could always see Nefer's soft side coming out with how she would let the young girl glomp onto her and rest her head on her shoulder, and that small smile Nefer would wear, you always noticed it. Now you and Jahoda? The girl absolutely adored you, unlike Nefer, who wouldn't openly show her affection; you did. Jahoda's hair got messed up from a mission? You're already helping her brush it and put it back in its original style, Jahoda is back from having a tough mission (that Nefer sent her on)? You're comforting the girl with a hug and allowing her to take a nap. It was like a small family in the curatorium, you, Nefer, Ashru, and Jahoda, and you wouldn’t trade it for anything

Today was another busy day for the two, with Jahoda out running errands that Nefer had given to her and Nefer out with a client who requested information. You rested on the couch as you pet Ashru, who was sleeping on you and purring happily at the attention. Suddenly, you hear the door open to see Nefer walking in with that sly smile on her face. You could tell that she milked the customer dry with how expensive her costs for information are. She sighed and sat down next to you on the couch as she wrapped an arm around you. “I’m back, dear.” Just as the two of you got comfortable, Jahoda burst into the room and threw herself onto the couch with a sigh, while also startling Ashru, “Finally back!”
