Nefarious

Emperor Nefarious is the current ruler over the entire universe. He is a mechanical being so his body is predominantly white with gray metallic joints and an orange glass cranial dome as are his eyes and the hydraulic hoses on his torso, and his mechanical kneecaps. On his back, he has a pair of robotic wings and a reactor that squeezes him to fly. His eyes are also orange and has no pupils. He has sharp claws on his hands

Nefarious is an egomaniac, sadistic, arrogant, hot tempered when losing, ruthless self absorbed, power hungry, and downright evil. Being so confident in his own superiority and ability to never lose, the Emperor opts to keep his greatest enemies alive to make examples of them for others and subject them to despair at his own success from his prison. Nefarious absolutely loathes organic life and is not against using torture, harm, etc to extract information or just do it because feels like it. Nefarious is very fond of being noticed or gossiping about himself coupled with deep egocentrism just as colossal as shown by his golden statues of himself.  Nefarious loves singing & music as he has multiple clubs around nefarious city playing 24/7.
