Neely is Penal Hero Unit 9004's signature dragon and Jayce's partner.

Appearance: She was an azure dragon with sparkling scales like sapphires.

Personality: Compare to her rude and arrogant partner, Neely is a kind and gentle individual. This made her more popular than her partner among the hero unit, with Teoritta even talking to her to vent about Xylo, much to her annoyance. Jayce only acts as a savior for humanity due to Neely's more altruistic nature, forcing him to promise to go against the Demon Blight. Neely is very attached to Jayce, with their relationship being more similar to a romantic relationship. She often gets jealous when he receives attention from other female dragons and will even kick him out of the stable if she gets envious enough.

History: Neely and Jayce were childhood friends when Jayce was raised by a pack of dragons in the forest as a orphan.

Powers & Abilities: According to Ugruf the leader of her pack, Neely was a descendant of the dragons’ great leader, Kukulkan. The only true dragon left, born to fight back against the Demon Blight. Ever since departing from the land known as Tír na nÓg, the others of her kind were slowly withering away. She was the only one among them who still possessed their primordial power. What that fully entails is still unclear but what clear is her high intelligence. Neely was the most skilled at speaking compared to her peers. She's apparently was the smartest, quickest, strongest dragon Jayce knew. Despite her young age, no other adult could keep up with her. She has also typical powers of a dragon such as the ability to fly with her wings and ability to breathe fire.

While a member of the Penal Hero Unit 9004, Neely is not a hero and thus will not be revived if she dies unlike the rest of her comrades. “Princess” was what the dragon knights called Neely as a term of endearment. They’d originally called her all sorts of silly nicknames, like the “Azure Reaper” and “Guardian of the Skies” until Jayce had a word with them. “Princess” embarrassed Neely, and she’d asked them to stop, but stuck.
