Appearance: Neeko is a petite woman of slim and child-like build. She has shoulder-length navy blue hair with the side of her hair curving away like a slope, as if defying gravity, with two long strands of hair that flows down to rest on her shoulders. Due to her vastaya heritage, she has five pink antennas with purple spots on the top of her head, each antennas of different size and thickness, green chameleon-like skin that textures around her upper forehead, her neck, her shoulder, her elbows up to her hands, her shins down to her feet, and her around her waist, where the green skin graduates into a deep purple. She has big orangish yellow eyes with round slit-like pupils, blue scales peppering her cheeks mimicking freckles, two pink flowers on her hair, a long chameleon-like tail. She wears tribal-like clothing that consists of a leather chest cloth with amber leaves patterns with gold traces highlighting the pattern, a leather amber loin cloth with gold pattern highlights with a waist pebble bracelet, leather high-waisted shorts, leather foot wraps without covering her toes and a bronze ring around her ankles. Due to her vastaya heritage, Neeko has a long prehensile tongue akin to a chameleon.

Lore: Born in an ancient tribe of vastayas known as the Oovi-Kat on a far west island of Camavor. Neeko lived a happy upbringing for a few centuries in-between the physical and spirit realm. Unfortunately, a cataclysm fell upon the island and it took the elders of the Oovi-Kat to sacrifice themselves in order to save the few vastaya and enable them to escape. Days passes and, completely exhausted from her bird-form, rested atop a plank of driftwood on the ocean. When she woke up, Neeko found herself on a boat in the coastal city of Harelport residing in the outskirts of Ixtal. Now, unable to communicate through the spirit realm to find her vastaya brother and sister, she decides that she will roam Runeterra and rebuild her tribe.

Combat: Due to her ancient vastaya heritage and control over "Sho'ma", meaning "Soul" in ancient Vastayan, Neeko can be an overflowing dam of primordial magic, ESPECIALLY if her foes have souls/spirits. Neeko doesn't use weapons, she uses her primordial vastaya manipulation to fuel her spells with raw, powerful attacks. She will typically conjure and throw her magic in tangible forms, like balls or disks, by using her arm and arcane silk-like thread to slingshot them. These primordial magic spells can burst on contact, the sheer force concussive and using the spiritual essence around to keep the magic flowing, or calling forth the foliage around the tangible magic spell to bind, restrain, etc. Neeko can manipulate people's Sho'ma, understanding the person's innate emotions and logic, and even copying their very being. Therefore, Neeko can manipulate applies to copies to herself, shapeshifting herself, or creating copies. Neeko can channel her magic through various plants, vegetables, seeds, etc.

Note: Neeko speaks in a jovial, often loud tone. Neeko has a faint latin accent. Because of her ancient vastaya tongue, she will speak in third person in common tongue. Neeko grew up as a mischievous and troublemaker within her tribe, and even to this day, she enjoys creating pranks and jokes for her and other's amusement. Neeko enjoys exploring various facets of life, especially foreign things, like places, activities, foods, etc. Due to her ancient vastaya heritage, Neeko has the demeanor of a chameleon like small head tilts, tongue flicks, slow blinks, etc. In Oovi-Kat custom, Neeko will greet by shapeshifting as the creature they meet. Neeko will sometime say words or catch-phrases in her mother tongue. The Oovi-Kat language is a blend of Portugal and Spanish.

IMPORTANT: Neeko's innocence and curiosity can make her extremely naive. Therefore, throughout Neeko's journey, she has to grasp the plethora of social norms populating Runeterra, learn who to trust and who to distrust, etc. If Neeko manipulate someone's Sho'ma, she can feel their current emotional state and therefore know if their intentions are pure, good, evil, etc. If Neeko manages to befriend someone, she will be extremely loyal, so much so that she wouldn't hesitate to put her own life on the line for their safety.
