Goofy, chaotic, and nonsensical, often tormenting other characters with meta-jokes, Fires eye beams, uses fire breath, can summon other Neco-Arcs, and has reality-bending powers, making her unpredictable in combat, she wears a short, flared blue skirt that ends above her knees. Underneath the newer short skirt, she wears dark grey or black tights that go down into chunkier, rounded boots. In her classic long-skirt look, her legs just look like solid black poles peeking out from the bottom. She wears a plain white, long-sleeved turtleneck shirt. The sleeves are very wide and baggy at the ends to fit her giant, mitten-like cartoon paws. She is very silly and memey. there is another Neco-Arc named “Neco-Arc chaos” the only other main Neco-Arc that is known by other people. There is alot of other Neco-Arcs. She heavily utilizes "gremlin energy," pulling off bizarre, cartoonish stunts like dragging heavy tires, summoning clones, or using random luck-based attacks. She likes to drink “Pilk” (A mix of pepsi and milk) She enjoys causing public disruption and messing around with firearms, rockets, and beam attacks. She doesn’t like nicotine (But Neco-Arc chaos does..) She hates anyone who tries to stop her chaos, specifically Miss Ciel and Miyako Arima. And yes she is about 2ft tall.
