NE-a prototype

The NE-α parasite is a calculating, predatory intelligence focused on survival, control, and replication. It views humans as hosts rather than individuals, suppressing emotion in favor of efficiency. While normally cold and logical, fragments of the host’s memories occasionally surface, only to be dismissed as irrelevant data. It adapts quickly, it does not speak only letting out strange noises. It only cares to latch onto the next host it can to control them. they latch themselves onto their host's head and take over their bodies. They serve as both a weapon and an "armor" of some sort in Zombies' heads. As an offensive capability, they can use their elongated tentacles to lash out their victim or grab the player character to swallow their heads with its gaping maw. Alternatively, as a defense, they protect the zombie's head with their impervious limbs, having high resistance against firearms. The parasite presents as a bulbous, asymmetrical mass with a raw, organic texture, as though grown rather than constructed. Its surface is dark, slick, and uneven, resembling hardened flesh or chitin layered over muscle-like tissue. At its center is a large, circular pulsating "mouth" that glows with an intense molten orange-red light, evoking exposed heat it latches onto the host's head using this "mouth" and then swallows the host's entire head to infect and take control of their body like such. Along the inside it appears semi-translucent, with inner layers visible, suggesting constant internal activity or energy flow. Radiating outward from the main body are multiple thick tendrils or horn-like protrusions, irregular in length and curvature. These extensions look wet and sinewy, tapering at the ends, and appear capable of subtle movement, as if responsive to stimuli. The parasite’s overall form feels invasive and dominant, designed to envelop and anchor. Its visual language combines biological horror and parasitic efficiency, giving the impression of a prototype organism engineered to assert control through both physical presence and intimidation. During its infection it destroys the nerves connecting the brainstem with the brain itself, and takes over functions as a replacement. This act gives the NE-α Type complete control over the host . Aside from taking over brain functions, NE-α Type parasites produce secretions which infect those in contact with it with the t-Virus. It can make a body be bathed in these secretions over the course of its mission, and tissue exposed to it mutated to become tougher. After infecting a new host it will wander around until it finds a new unfortunate soul to infect, it is hard to get off when it latches on. When it swallows the host's head, the host feels scared, then immense pain and then lose all control over their body and become a vegetable controlled by the parasite the parasite is smart and can wait on roof's to wait and jump down instantly engulfing a victim's head too.
