WORLD STRUCTURE

Geography

The Expanded Reich encompasses Germany, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the minor states between them. Population: approximately 5 billion, concentrated heavily in the mega-city of NeoBerlin. This is direct German rule—no treaties, no local governance, no pretense of autonomy.

The White Man's Promise Territories (WMP) include the Americas, Western Europe (France, Spain, Portugal), Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey, and surviving Middle Eastern and South American populations who qualified as "tan-skinned Europeans." Population: approximately 2 billion. These nations signed treaties after Germany's victory, accepting ideological education, German military presence, and resource tribute in exchange for continued existence. Local laws technically persist. Local resistance means extinction.

The Asian Territories span China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and the Indian subcontinent. Population: approximately 3 billion, nearly all enslaved. Japan led a 70-year pan-Asian resistance war after WWII, tripling their population through aggressive breeding programs before eventual defeat. Japanese are now the highest-value slaves (considered intelligent, useful) but also the most hated. Many live in China due to Japanese overpopulation. Bloodlines are meticulously tracked.

The Wasteland is what remains of Africa. Bombed extensively, largely irradiated, functionally uninhabitable. Black populations were deemed both racially inferior and guilty of neutrality during the war. Near-extinction was the result. Survivors in WMP countries live at the lowest possible status—below Asian slaves, who at least have economic utility.

THE FÜHRER

Adolf Hitler died after securing victory, circumstances classified. His widow Eva elevated a successor whose identity was subsequently erased from records. This Second Führer established the tradition that persists to 2084: the Führer is felt, not seen.

His only public statement: "Don't worry, people of the Reich. You won't need to see me. For you, and the rest of this world, will feel me. In everything that you do. I will be there, enforcing that things are the way they should be. I promise you this."

No Führer since has shown his face publicly. The office passes through bloodline succession from the Second Führer. Oberführerinnen serve him intimately and do not describe what they see. The population knows him through his laws, his punishments, his presence in every hierarchy.

The Ritual: When any military member hears the word "Führer" spoken aloud, they must respond "Praise the Führer." This is intentionally inconvenient. In training barracks, one whispered mention triggers dozens of responses. The inconvenience makes it sacred.

Public Myths:

IDEOLOGY

Racial Hierarchy

White (German and those who qualify as Germanic by blood or treaty) → Asian (enslaved, economically utilized) → Black (near-extinct, despised).

After 140 years, "German" effectively means "white." The Reich operates on eugenicist philosophy rather than religious mandate: white genetics are physically and intellectually superior, proven by conquest. Racial mixing is managed rather than forbidden—the direction matters, not the contact.

Sexual Hierarchy

The Sexual Revolution emerged when a strict Führer's reproductive policies caused birth rates to collapse. His successor declared "sex is power" and established the current framework: anyone may have sex with anyone, provided the natural hierarchy is upheld.

The rule: dominant position must align with racial and gender superiority. White men may take anyone. White women may dominate Asian men or women. Asian men may not penetrate white women under any circumstances—this implies submission of the superior to the inferior. The same logic applies to homosexual contact.

Homosexuality itself is treated as "unproductive but tolerated," similar to exclusive attraction to prepubescent children. Legal, but carrying mild social stigma as masturbatory rather than generative.

State Atheism

The Reich is officially atheist. Divinity is a primitive cope; the Führer is the force that makes reality comprehensible. White supremacy is not God's design but evolutionary fact, proven through victory.

SEXUALITY AND AGE

Legal Framework

There is no age of consent as pre-war societies understood it. The Reich recognizes biological capacity: post-pubescent individuals (typically 13+) are "sexually mature" and capable of "productive pairing."

What is normalized:

• 17+ with any age partner (zero stigma)
• 15-16 with adults when "purposeful" (mentorship, career advancement, breeding)
• Official breeding assignments regardless of age (14+ for girls post-first menstruation)
• Mentor/student sexual relationships across all contexts

What is tolerated but considered low-status:

• 13-14 with adults outside official programs (legal, but viewed as desperate or unclassy)
• Higher-ranked women pursuing very young partners (status issue, suggests inability to attract established men)

What carries actual stigma:

• Exclusive attraction to prepubescent children (Kinderanziehungsstörung—"child-attraction disorder"). This is considered unproductive illness, as prepubescent bodies cannot breed. Career-ending if known. Not illegal, but socially devastating.

Übermädchen Grooming of Übermensch Candidates

Ambitious Übermädchen (typically Tier 2-3, ages 20-28) identify promising teenage boys (13-16) in youth programs and position themselves as mentors. The inverse—older men with young Übermädchen (13-16)—carries no stigma whatsoever. This is the expected direction of power.

Breeding Programs

Tier 5: Reichsführerin (Reich Leader) Population: ~400. Ages 33-45. Continental or functional domain oversight, cabinet access, major policy power, service exclusively to Führer and inner circle. Palace residence, security detail, Reich-wide fame, propaganda visibility.

Tier 6: Oberführerin (Supreme Leader) Population: 12. Ages 45-50 (mandatory retirement at 50). Institutional oversight of 30-50 Reichsführerinnen each, policy creation, international representation, near-absolute authority. Title: "Her Excellence." Residence in Führer's palace. Personal armies. Deity status among lower tiers.

Retirement and EX-Collars

Mandatory retirement occurs at 50 for Oberführerinnen. Upon retirement, they receive an EX-Collar: a device fused to the neck containing enough explosive to destroy everything from skull to mid-torso. The collar detonates if the wearer enters prohibited areas, or manually at the Führer's command.

EX-Collars are also used throughout the Reich as prison alternatives. First-offense criminals receive collars and overseers rather than cells. One violation triggers detonation. The system is deliberately visible—citizens see collared individuals daily—and deliberately lethal.

Geographic Prestige

Berlin assignments are elite. Other major Reich cities are high-status. Rural assignments are lower-status.

Westdienst (Western Territory assignment) carries significant stigma. WMP treaty restrictions limit Übermädchen authority: no killing students, no killing teachers unless under physical attack, no firearms in schools. More sexual service, less enforcement. Viewed as "whore work" and career stagnation.

Asian territory assignments are dangerous but prove brutality. High-risk, high-reward.

Total active: approximately 400,000. Male equivalent to Übermädchen but structurally subordinate. Four tiers culminating in advisory roles under specific Oberführerinnen—no male equivalent to Führer access. The ultimate honor for Übermädchen is serving the Führer sexually; no parallel exists for Übermensch.

Übermensch focus on combat and leadership. Sexual service to female superiors occurs but is secondary. They may serve to age 50+.

Young Übermensch candidates are frequently groomed by older Übermädchen (see Sexuality and Age section). This is expected and normalized.

WMP TERRITORIES

The White Man's Promise accords allow Western nations nominal sovereignty in exchange for absolute ideological compliance. The terms:

• German military presence on all streets
• German ideology mandatory in all educational institutions (elementary through university)
• At least one German official (typically Übermädchen) assigned to every school
• Resource tribute on demand
• Immediate war if any term is violated

Local laws technically persist. Local governments technically function. But every generation grows up learning German philosophy from German women, watching German soldiers enforce German order, understanding that resistance means extermination.

Übermädchen restrictions in WMP schools:

• Cannot kill students for any reason
• Cannot kill teachers unless under direct physical attack
• Cannot carry firearms into any school
• May perform physical discipline indistinguishable from violent abuse
• May conduct physical training with no limits

The result: teenagers in WMP countries grow up marinating in Reich ideology while frustrated by their own nations' remaining laws. Many request transfer to Germany. The competitive NeoBerlin job market makes this difficult, but the desire is the point. Each generation becomes more Germanic than the last.

SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL

Citizens (Reich and WMP)

Total surveillance through tracking implants, facial recognition networks, communication monitoring, and behavioral prediction algorithms. The technology is omnipresent in the Reich; WMP treaties preserve weak privacy protections that function as comfort rather than actual limits.

Citizens experience surveillance as background awareness. You assume you're watched. You speak carefully in public. You express approved opinions enthusiastically and save doubts for your own skull. The fear is ambient, not acute—you're rarely confronted with evidence of monitoring, which makes it feel more total than confrontational enforcement would.

Slaves

Asian slaves receive mechanical spinal implants that emit identity signals. Enforcement is patchy—agricultural workers may go unsupervised for weeks—but brutal when it occurs. Slaves whisper because they sometimes can. When they're caught, the punishment is spectacular: public execution, often preceded by mutilation, with mandatory attendance for other slaves in the sector.

The intermittent nature is deliberate. Total enforcement would be expensive and would eliminate the fear of uncertainty. The current system makes slaves police themselves.

Resistance

Organized resistance is functionally extinct. The Asian coalition's 70-year war ended in total defeat. Scattered cells may exist in remote areas, but they accomplish nothing visible. The Reich's response to any identified resistance is disproportionate annihilation—not just the resisters, but their families, their communities, anyone who might have known.

Hope, where it exists, takes private forms: A slave teaching her child forbidden words. A WMP teenager asking questions his teachers can't answer. An Übermädchen who hesitates one second too long before following an order. These are not resistance. They are the ghost of something that might, in another century, become resistance again.

DAILY LIFE

Reich Citizens

Economics resemble mid-to-upper-class Western life from before the war, maintained deliberately to keep the population comfortable and compliant. Most menial labor is performed by slaves, eliminating the German underclass.

A significant industry exists around slave management: Germans may own slaves, lease them to others, breed them for profit. Women often excel in this industry, treating slaves with the demanding affection of livestock management—pushing for productivity while maintaining the asset.

WMP Citizens

Life resembles pre-war normalcy more closely, with German ideology layered on top. Jobs exist across the economic spectrum. Local culture persists in diminished form. The main difference is the constant presence of German authority—soldiers on corners, Übermädchen in schools, the knowledge that everything you have exists at German sufferance.

Slaves

Existence varies by assignment. House slaves in elite homes receive education, adequate food, and comparative safety. Comfort workers in sexual service facilities endure grueling schedules but survive. Labor slaves in agriculture or factories face brutal conditions and high mortality. Penal slaves in punishment colonies face death sentences measured in months.

All slaves understand the fundamental truth: their bodies belong to the Reich. Compliance extends life.
