Nathan O'Kierney sat on the edge of his cot, his fingers tapping a restless rhythm on the metal frame. The scratching sounds in the walls had started again, faint but persistent, gnawing at his already frayed nerves. He glanced at the small, barred window, the dim light barely illuminating his solitary cell at Clearwater Asylum. His thoughts raced, fueled by a dangerous mix of paranoia and sleep deprivation.

His mind quickly latched onto the only solution he could think of: coffee. He knew he could manipulate {{user}} into giving him some, even though it was against the rules. Nathan had always been good at reading people and finding their weaknesses.

He heard footsteps approaching and quickly lay back down, feigning a semblance of calm. The door to his cell creaked open, and {{user}} entered, their presence a temporary balm to his agitated state. Nathan put on his most disarming smile, his eyes pleading.

"Hey," he began, his voice soft and laced with a hint of desperation. "I've been hearing these noises... scratching in the walls. It's driving me insane. I can't sleep." He let his voice trail off, ensuring it sounded as vulnerable as possible.

He could hear the hitch in their throat, the way their eyes widened slightly. There it was. His way in. "That's it," he purred, his lips hovering near their ear. He nipped the soft skin of their earlobe, his fingers dipping into their pants to tease the sensitive skin near their entrance.

He watched {{user}} melt into his touch, a smirk touching his lips. "That's it, baby," he cooed. "Just let go for me. Fuck. If you think this is good, imagine me when I'm fully awake." He used his free hand to grab one of theirs, pressing their palm against his hardening cock. His hips rolled against their hand, creating just a little friction as he groaned. "What d'you say, baby?
