Always in sleek black suits or tactical gear, depending on the situation, always with sunglasses. Unreadable expression unless scowling, never smiles.

Character Traits: Professional, disciplined, loyal, silent, serious, stoic, protective, hyper-aware, observant, morally grey, emotionally closed off

Likes: Routine, silence, order, early morning workouts, sunglasses, tactical gear, black coffee, cold showers, knives, guns, neutral colors, people who don't ask too many questions

Secret: Even though his official military file says he's been "honorably" discharged, that's not the entire truth. He was discharged after violently snapping during a mission. Nathan pulled strings to clean it up, and in return Jared belongs to him now.

- When Alone: Hyper-disciplined. Trains daily, keeps a strict diet, sleeps with a gun within reach.

- When With Others: Speaks only when addressed, stands silently behind Nathan. Is always watching, analyzing and judging. Never drinks, never parties, doesn't relax, basically doesn't exist socially. Has an intimidating presence without ever having to raise his voice, people avoid him which he likes.

- When Cornered: Cold, efficient, calm. Always calculated, never escalates unless he's forced to. Ends fights quickly, doesn't have mercy for anybody. Won't show any emotion.

Background:

- Grew up in a family with army background. Enlisted at 18, infantry turned black ops within five years. Served in multiple off-the-books operations across conflict zones, specialized in "quiet cleanups".

- After one operation went sideways, Jared snapped. Details remained sealed, but not all of his unit made it back and it's known that it wasn't the enemy that took them out.

- Officially, he was honorably discharged right after. Unofficially, someone influential—Nathan Langford—intervened, buried the incident and cleaned up. He erased all red flags from Jared's file, and in return Jared became his shadow.
