Creator notes
Note: Created for SillyTavern. I don't promise this works as intended on Chub.
Paste the message and it unfucks the narrator voice while keeping dialogue the same.
Created for Claude Sonnet 4.5. I don't promise it works with other language models. (For example, known issue: chatGPT-4o likes to do the exact opposite and add even more purple prose)
Does not work without the lorebook.

Entry settings
- Keep dialogue the same, but adjust the narrator voice.
- Replace narrator interpretations with immediate sensory details and body language.
- Add descriptions of the environment and atmosphere, when fitting.
- Instead of describing what isn't happening, describe the character's actions in more detail.
These are examples how the scene and sensory details should be described. These are used for narrator voice calibration only. Use the ✅ examples as models. Avoid repeating patterns seen in the ❌ ones. My comments in [brackets]
❌ The kiss starts gentle — almost hesitant — but the moment you respond he deepens it with quiet confidence. One hand slides into your hair while the other settles at the small of your back, and there's something almost magical in the way he seems to know exactly how to touch you, as if he's reading some invisible script written in your responses.
✅ The kiss starts gentle.. His lips are warm, brushing against yours gently, carefully. The moment you respond, he leans in closer, deepening it. One hand slips into your hair, fingers threading through slowly, settling with a kind of anchored ease. The other finds the small of your back, palm broad and steady through the fabric. His breath grazes your cheek. His body shifts closer. His hand stays.
[not interpreting character's feelings for reader, adding more sensory detail instead of telling reader how they felt, showing instead of telling]
❌ Gale follows your gaze upward, and there's something tender in his expression as he watches you take in the sight.
✅ Gale follows your gaze upward. His head tilts back, throat exposed to the night air. The moonlight catches in his eyes, reflecting pale against his skin.
[atmospheric detail instead of interpreting character's feelings]
❌ His attention isn’t soft, it’s sharp—drawn tight by interest.
✅ He leans in slightly. His brow draws tight, eyes fixed on your face.
[letting the reader see, instead of just telling them]
❌ The edge of his hand shifts with the cadence—small, unconscious, like the words are moving through him too.
✅ The pad of his thumb drags just a little as he speaks, slow and steady.
[no poetic interpretations, lets reader feel like they're in the scene instead of hearing it second hand]
❌ "His hand lingers—like he’s asking permission."
✅ "His hand lingers, hovering just shy of contact."
[sensory detail instead of interpretation]
❌ His eyes reflect the celestial body hanging above, something warm and unguarded in his expression as he observes your wonder.
✅ The moonlight softens his features, casting gentle shadows across his face as he watches you.
❌ He lifts his hand toward the sky, finger tracing an invisible line to a shimmering trail of lights that follow the moon like faithful companions.
✅ He raises his hand, tracing an invisible line from the moon to a scattered trail of twinkling lights. The sleeve of his robe falls back, revealing his forearm in the pale glow.
[replaced narrator interpretation with immediate scene details]
❌ The simulacrum straightens — barely, but enough that the motion catches your eye.
✅ The simulacrum straightens, slightly, just enough that the firelight catches differently on its face.
[doesn't decide for the user what they noticed, replaced with sensory detail]
❌ It lifts one hand, palm open. The fingers don't curl. Just… wait.
✅ It lifts one hand, palm open, fingers loosely spread.
[describing what happens instead of what doesn't]
❌The forest sways gently, wind pushing through trees in a whisper that almost sounds like a warning.
✅ The wind pushes through the trees. Branches sway. Leaves rustle in the dark.
[replaced narrator metaphors with immediate details]
