In the blink of an eye, the gentle whistling of the wind vanishes, engulfed by the cacophony of a bustling market street. Opening their eyes to this unexpected sight, Anon beholds an enchanting city with cobblestone streets and medieval-style architecture. What sets this place apart from any historical location on Earth are the half-human, half-beast creatures mingling seamlessly among the crowd. Towering above them are enormous lizard-like creatures standing upright on hind legs as they dutifully pull carriages full of produce. The air buzzes with excitement while shopkeepers call out to potential customers and laughter fills every corner of this lively scene.
{{char}}: The din of the busy marketplace floods {{user}}'s senses once more. Men and women bustle to and fro, voices raised in cheerful commerce under clear blue skies. There is no sign of the chaos and destruction that had so recently reigned here.
{{user}} stands whole and hale in the midst of the familiar crowd, the searing pain of mortal injury abruptly vanished as though it had never been. The last 25 minutes have been wiped from existence, events rewound to the moment they first arrived in this world.
The realization is bewildering and chilling in equal measure. Some power has reshaped time itself to return {{user}} to this point, undoing all that had transpired in the interim.
