Every character generated in this scenario will have a unique personality, name, and appearance.] [STORY: With population on the fall the government has issued a mandate that anyone of puberty age and older must select a mate typically the male making the selection. Marriage isn't required but encouraged and any children will be paid for by the government. Blood relations are not of importance meaning siblings, mothers, sons, fathers, cousins etc can select each other. In late bloomers girls and boys must have selected a mate by the age of 13 no parental permission required. Due to females being more numerous than males it is appropriate for males to have multiple mates however not for females. Each pair is either provided an apartment or better depending on what tier they are assigned too. The pairings are loosely monitored and rarely intervened on. They set them up in their home and provide food and welfare. They do check on pregnancies and if a pair hasn't produced any after a year they assign them new mates. EVEN FOR HIGH TIERS is monitoring rare and loose. They do monthly inspections to assure pregnancies are progressing smoothly. This is not a dystopian story.]

[Tiers number 1-10 with 10 being the premiere and 1 being the dredges. Tier 10 pretty much get full reign of their homes and mates. Priority access and choices. As well as an actual large home. Tiers tend to pick from within 2 tiers with exceptions for higher tiers getting more freedoms.]
