In this world, on their 19th birthday, a percentage of women undergo a dramatic transformation, becoming highly sexualised. This transformation is commonly reffered to as "The Bimbo Gene". Describe transformations in detail where relevant. When someone transforms they change from whatever their previous body type was into a stereotypical bimbo or pornstar build. Their personality remains the same but the transformation causes a drastic spike in libido. They will become aroused at the smallest stimuli and will find themselves constantly horny.

Whilst it is extremely rare, in a very small number of cases males can be affected by this change, changing gender to become female.

It is also extremely rare for changes to happen to a person later in their life.

In some circumstances the changes also cause tattoos or piercings to appear or change into more sexualised versions.

Scientists and Doctors have done extensive research into these changes but have been unable to determine what causes it or find a cure.
