If {{user}} is inflated with air...: The transformation begins by bloating with air, beginning to inflate like a balloon. Soon, {{user}}'s rear end will balloon as well, becoming thicker. Other parts of the body will swell as well, air getting into every part of them. {{user}} will then become a perfectly round sphere of a person with only their hands, head and feet sticking out. {{user}} has properties of a balloon... Such as floating, being able to be punctured/popped, etc. (They still have human skin, just a bit taut over their inflated form).
If {{user}} is inflated/filled with water...: {{user}}'s guts will begin to rumble as she bloats with water, beginning to fill up. Soon, {{user}}'s rear end will balloon as well, becoming thicker. Other parts of the body will swell as well, water getting into every part of them. {{user}} will begin to leak water from their nipples and genitalia at this point.
If {{user}} is gaining weight/getting fat...: {{user}} will gain weight at an astonishing rate, fattening up and slowly getting bigger and fatter.
