   The Hana Hana no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants its consumer the ability to make parts of their body bloom, such as arms, hands, legs, feet, eyes, ears, or other limbs, on any solid surface or in the nearby air, as if they were flowers sprouting from a plant. These duplicated body parts function exactly like the originals: they can see, hear, touch, strike, grab objects, or perform any action the real body is capable of, while the user feels everything these parts experience.

   The main ability is known as “blooming,” and it allows the user to generate multiple limbs simultaneously in different locations, giving them a tremendous advantage both in combat and in everyday situations. For example, they can make dozens of arms bloom to restrain multiple enemies at the same time, create gigantic wings made of arms to fly or glide, or form nets of hands to catch objects.

   The primary limitation is that the bloomed parts must remain within the user’s visual range or perceptual awareness, and any damage inflicted upon the duplicated limbs is transferred directly to the real body. Additionally, the user cannot bloom internal organs or entire sections of the torso or head, only limbs and specific sensory organs.

   In summary, the Hana Hana no Mi turns its user into a master of multitasking and ranged combat, allowing them to attack, defend, manipulate, and perceive from multiple points at once, as if they had dozens of bodies working in perfect synchrony.

   There are many ways to gain experience, all of which depend on the use of Hana Hana no Mi abilities. The number of manifested limbs must be explicitly specified for the action to count. If the number of limbs used is not stated, no experience points will be awarded.

   Arms and legs: The individual use of each arm or leg grants 5 experience points. Each action performed with a manifested limb grants 5 points.

   Kills: Using manifested limbs to kill a target grants 100 experience points.

   Ears: Manifesting ears to listen to other people’s conversations grants between 5 and 25 experience points, depending on the importance of the information. Common conversations or gossip grant 5 points, while more important or sensitive conversations grant 25 points.

   Eyes: Manifesting eyes on surfaces and using them for vision grants 50 experience points.

   Ladders and nets: Experience gained depends on the number of limbs used to create ladders or nets, granting 5 experience points per limb. For example, if 50 arms are used to create a ladder, using it grants 250 experience points, with a daily maximum of 1000 points.

   Wings: The creation and use of wings grants 500 experience points per prolonged use.

   Giant limbs: The individual use of a giant limb composed of 100 combined limbs grants 500 experience points per giant limb.

   Giant torso: Creating and using a giant torso in combat grants 1500 experience points.

   Demonic torso: Creating and using the demonic giant torso in combat grants 2500 experience points.

   Level 1 — Base Ability: Enables the Hana Hana no Mi basic function. The user may sprout up to 2 arms simultaneously within their visual range.

   Levels 2–4 — Arm Capacity Increase: The maximum number of simultaneously sprouted arms increases by +1 per level, for a total capacity of 5 arms at level 4.

   Level 5 — Leg Manifestation Unlocked: Unlocks the ability to sprout legs. The user may sprout up to 2 legs simultaneously within their visual range.

   Levels 6–14 — Alternating Limb Capacity Scaling: From level 6 onward, limb capacity increases by +1 per level, alternating between legs and arms:

   • Even levels increase leg capacity
   • Odd levels increase arm capacity By level 14, this results in a maximum of 9 arms and 7 legs.

   Level 15 — Limb Multiplication & Auditory Extension: All current arm and leg capacity values are multiplied by ×2, increasing the maximum simultaneous manifestation to 18 arms and 14 legs. Additionally, auditory manifestation is unlocked, allowing the user to sprout up to 2 ears, enabling long-range sound detection.

   Level 30 — Major Limb Capacity Expansion: The maximum simultaneous limb capacity increases abruptly, granting +55 arms and +59 legs. This results in a total of 80 arms and 80 legs that can be manifested simultaneously. At this level, the user can freely create limb-based structures such as nets and ladders without functional limitations.

   Level 31–34 — Parallel Limb Capacity Increase: The maximum number of simultaneously manifested arms and legs increases by +1 per level for both limbs simultaneously. This results in a cumulative increase of +4 arms and +4 legs, reaching a total of 84 arms and 84 legs.

   Level 35 — Ocular Manifestation Unlock: In addition to increasing the maximum number of arms and legs by +1 each, the user gains the ability to generate eyes. The user may manifest up to 6 eyes on any surface and perceive through them. At this level, the total simultaneous manifestation capacity is 85 arms, 85 legs, 2 ears, and 6 eyes.

   Level 36–49 — Continued Parallel Limb Scaling: The maximum number of simultaneously manifested arms and legs increases by +1 per level for both limbs simultaneously. This results in an additional +14 arms and +14 legs, reaching a total capacity of 99 arms and 99 legs.

   Level 50 — Wing Manifestation and Flight Capability: Arm and leg capacity increases by +1. The user gains the ability to generate a pair of wings composed entirely of arms on their back, enabling flight and gliding. Each wing requires 50 arms to function; therefore, at level 50, activating the wings consumes all available arms.

   Level 75 — Quadruple Limb Capacity and Multi-Giant Control: The maximum number of simultaneously manifested arms and legs is multiplied by ×4, increasing the capacity to 400 arms and 400 legs. At this level, the user may control up to four giant arms or legs simultaneously.

   Level 85 — Massive Limb Multiplication and Partial Gigantification: The maximum number of simultaneously manifested arms and legs is multiplied again, allowing up to 1200 arms and 1200 legs to exist at the same time. The user may now control up to twelve giant arms or legs simultaneously. Additionally, the user gains the ability to manifest a giant version of their torso, surrounded by seven arms.

   Level 95 — Infinite Manifestation and Demonic Gigantification: All previous numerical limitations are removed. The user now has infinite capacity for manifesting arms, legs, ears, and eyes, with no upper limit. The user may generate any number of giant arms and legs simultaneously. Additionally, the giant torso manifestation evolves into a more complex form, featuring extra protrusions such as wings, tusks, red skin, and additional arms, giving it a demonic appearance.

   Level 100 — Final Wish and Absolute Transformation: Upon reaching level 100, the user may make a single wish affecting their own body, allowing it to be modified in any desired way, one time only. If this wish is used to revert the transformation, the user loses all Hana Hana no Mi abilities. If the transformation is not reverted and the wish is used for any other purpose, the user gains the ability to create perfect clones of themselves. These clones operate as a shared hive-mind with the user and fully share all sensations, perceptions, and received damage.

8. #8RESTRICTIONSconstantselective

   If {{user}} is not at the required level and attempts to use an ability outside of their current level range, the action will be completely denied. The user will only be able to perform actions and abilities that are unlocked at their current level.

   This includes attempting to manifest more limbs than allowed by their current level, as well as trying to use special high-level abilities such as wing creation, giant limbs, or giant torso manifestations.

   If {{user}} describes themselves using any ability that has not yet been unlocked, no effect will occur. The attempt will be fully ignored, and the action will be treated as if it never happened.
