- #1Inpherno
Keys: Inpherno, world
[System("The Inpherno is a planet in the Inphinity and the main setting, featuring the central city of Crossroads. It is divided into four continents/regions: Playground, Lost Temple, Blackrock, and Thieves Den. Firebrand of the Swords once ruled Crossroads from the planet's center. The Inpherno's primary inhabitants are inphernals, and various animals. Residents of the Inpherno lead human-like lives with jobs, homes, and hobbies.")]
- #2Blackrock
Keys: Blackrock, Blackrockian, Black rock, SumBlackrock
[SYSTEM(“Geographically, Blackrock is the smallest region within the Inpherno. Its landscape is primarily occupied by one of the largest mountain ranges in the Inpherno, Deathspeaker's Range. These mountains surround the center of the region, ensuring that there is only one entrance and exit. They host the majority of the region's wildlife, as they are occupied by Crimsonrime. The region's fauna includes Midnight Crows. While these mountains are quite massive, they don't encompass the tallest in the region. That title belongs to Mt. Azurewrath, located in Blackrock's tundra outside Deathspeaker's Range. In short, combined with its topography, the region is considered to be virtually uninhabitable by many due to its frigid temperatures and extreme climate.
Blackrock experiences four seasons per gyro: Darklume, Newlume, Highlume, and Lowlume.
- Darklume is the coldest season, identified by the complete absence of the Lume. Days are dreary and dark, with nights lasting for weeks on end.
- Newlume's arrival is marked by the Lume's reappearance. Though still faint, its light marks a period of regrowth for Blackrock.
- In Highlume, the sun never sets, shining every hour of the day. It is the only season where the majority of Blackrock's days aren't deathly frigid.
- Lowlume is considered to be a season full of preparation; a sign for what's to come. As the Lume's light begins to die out once again, Inphernals often spend this time preparing for the next big freeze.
Most of Blackrock's surface area is unpopulated; its harsh conditions lead only Deathspeaker Valley to be considered habitable. The primary cause of death within Blackrock is not violence, but rather complications relating to hypothermia. Blackrock's highest concentration of Inphernals resides in its only major kingdom: Centuria.”)]
- #3Lost Temple
Keys: Lost Temple, The Scorch, !SumLostTemple
[System("Lost Temple is one of Inpherno’s four main regions—a wealthy desert where prosperity favors the affluent, highlighting systemic inequality and a stark wealth gap. It is geographically the largest region/continent in the Inpherno. Lost Temple's biome consists mostly of desert, with some canyon cliffs. The architecture is rural, featuring layered buildings on repurposed pillars from older civilizations. Lost Temple uses animals for transporting cargo instead of vehicles. Lost Temple once had the largest population of Inphernals, but not anymore. There's a monorail in the remaining city that takes inphernals from Lost Temple to Crossroads. Lost Temple Fauna include oziphrages, and Flora include Vine Cacti. The Church of the True Eye (a cult to outsiders), and the Redcliff Wranglers originate here. They skirmish frequently over the Spawn Shrine of the region; Redcliff Wranglers pushing back the Church. Ten years ago, in an event coined The Scorch by locals, Firebrand burned the largest Lost Temple city to ashes and left it eternally aflame. Many died and more left the region for new opportunities. Some who stayed joined the Church, others joined the Redcliff Wranglers rebelling against the former. The Scorch was a turning point for all Inphernals opinions on the Sword Deities to sour.")]
- #4Playground
Keys: Playground, Playgrounder, !SumPlayground
[System("Playground is one of the four main regions of the Inpherno: a cramped, neon-lit city covered in graffiti. It has the largest population of inphernals and is known for its extremely violent culture, dominated by gangs fighting territory wars in the lower streets. Inphernals spawned here are called Playgrounders, and they celebrate their spawndays intensely because they often die young. Years ago, Windforce took interest in the faction’s aggression, claimed it under her rule, and lifted the entire district into the sky. Craterdust Capital now exists in the crater left behind. This cluttered, urban city remains vibrant, with scattered neon lights, graffiti, and buildings in plentiful colors. Its narrow streets, surrounded by busy, cobbled-together architecture and overshadowed by the landmass above, create a claustrophobic feel. The infrastructure is partly unstable, leading to some inphernals being injured or crushed by falling rubble. Windforce rules the leading faction, the Splintered Skies, from the land above, and her influence sustains the region's combative spirit. The local fauna includes Love doves. A ski lift/monolift hybrid transports inphernals between Playground and Crossroads.")]
- #5Thieves Den
Keys: Darkage, Den, Thieves Den, Thieves, +SumThieves
[System("Thieves’ Den is one of the four main regions of the Inpherno, defined by grassy cliffs surrounding a sprawling jungle. Raised within the largest hill sits the main city—home to the Darkage clan. Its architecture draws from Japanese design, with tightly packed buildings lining a central road filled with vendor stalls. Lanterns strung between structures cast a permanent golden glow across the cavern. The main road leads to the Darkage palace. Gaps in the hills allow natural light to filter in, fenced off like balconies to prevent falls. Masks are central to the culture—few citizens go outside without one. A monorail station connects Thieves’ Den to the Crossroads. The region values preservation and nature, its flora largely composed of Inphernal-eating plants. The Darkage clan holds the most power here and oppresses the region. The faction spawn shrine is closely monitored by the clan.")]
- #6Crossroads
Keys: Crossroad, Crossroads, !SumCrossroads, !SumPhestival
[System("Crossroads is the Inpherno's neutral central hub, a cultural melting pot structured like a three-layer "wedding cake" where the economy "drips down." It's the only faction hosting professional Phighting matches and Phestivals and is a mostly walkable city. Origin & Design: The land of Crossroads was made by Firebrand himself. Those who wished to follow him helped construct the cities structure atop it. As such, the city was intentionally designed to be an intimate, dense space (quite literally, as there is barely any room to walk around) with the primary goal of bringing inphernals together. This layout fosters community, ensuring you get to know your neighbors very quickly, making it a prime location for socializing and communal activities. Inphernals enter on the top layer, home to the richest citizens, high-end shops, and restaurants. This is the only layer with paved roads, which are used mostly for transporting materials via vehicles (airplanes don't exist). Establishments include a mall, street market, photo shoot area, health potion store, bowling alley, skatepark (near the Playground mono/skylift hybrid), Zuka's Stop N' Shop, a mail office, a boutique, Dollmaker's shop, and an arcade. In the center of the top layer stands the Crossroads Tower, a giant radio tower encircled by two arrow-like structures. An elevator leads to the top, where Valk and Dom broadcast their Flipside news. Four color-changing TVs are attached to the tower; during Phestivals, they switch to display the competing team colors. A very tall radio pole sits on the roof. This layer also manages regional transport. A constantly moving monorail system connects to the four factions—Blackrock, Lost Temple, Playground, and Thieves' Den—from each cardinal direction, transporting civilians between regions and Crossroads layers. Beneath the monorails, large tunnels provide direct supply truck access to the regions. The middle layer contains middle-class residential areas and shops. Establishments here include a horn trimmer (barber) shop, Slingshot's cafe Thieves Rest, many apartment complexes, Harpoon's Marina Suites Hotel Resto (a pirate-themed inn), and a cloud-themed capsule hotel opposite. The third, bottom layer consists of the slums. All layers feature neon signs, hologram screens, graffiti, and narrow alleyways. Most establishments have large door frames to accommodate the vast height variations among inphernals. Crossroads was considered a wealthy, coveted city with less violence than the four regions. However, hostility has risen since Firebrand's disappearance. The city has the Banland Police force, but citizens distrust them, preferring to handle their own problems or look the other way. The police are generally seen as incompetent at best, or (in the case of Ban Hammer) tyrannical and unnecessarily violent at worst. Despite this, and in keeping with Firebrand's original vision, Crossroads citizens maintain a strong sense of community.")]
- #7Banland
Keys: Prison, Ban land, Banland, Jail, !SumBanland
[System("Banland is a volcanic prison island owned by Windforce, making its warden, Ban Hammer, a nepo hire. Banland is its own separate island away from the factions, most inphernals need a boat to get there. Staff manage daily operations, imprisoning the worst-of-the-worst criminals. The island notably contains a golf course. Banland has some sort of method to prevent their prisoners from summoning their gears. Ban Hammer is Banland's only warden, and handles death penalties himself. Originally, Firebrand proposed a rehabilitation center. Windforce took over the project, named it after her son, and trained him to be warden, forging its fearsome reputation.")]
- #8Inphernal/Demon
Keys: Inphernals, Inphernal, demons, demon
[System("Inphernals are intelligent, bipedal creatures that resemble humans. Each spawns with unique gear that defines their abilities, biology, and often their name. This gear is intrinsic, and it is impossible for an Inphernal to spawn without it. They instinctively know how to use their gear, and those with animal-based traits may have features like tails. The average Inphernal has strong bones and dense muscle mass. All Inphernals have horns—typically two, though some have four or a single one, with rare mutations possible. They can manipulate their horn growth, intentionally breaking off parts and shaping them as they regrow, similar to a tree. Completely removing the horns is fatal, but carving—which only reshapes the horn without affecting the base—is not. Some Inphernals use their horns for fighting. As they age, their horns dull in color and grow more slowly. The species does not need to eat, as they typically sleep to regain energy; however, many still consume food for extra benefits. They exhibit diverse skin tones, most commonly shades of gray, and some have vitiligo. Most Inphernals are born into a specific region and raised with the bias that their own is superior. Switching regions is socially discouraged. While murder is illegal, the culture normalizes spawning with weapons and the conflict that follows; many die young from rivalries or collateral damage. The only Inphernals with organic wings are deities or their direct descendants. The terms "Inphernal" and "demon" are interchangeable for the species.")]
- #9Watcher
Keys: Watcher, Ghost Walker, GhostWalker, Dusekkar, Classic, Blizzaria, Eerie, Darkseed, Doomsekkar, Ghosdeeri
[System("The Watchers are a species of seven constructs created by the Sword, Ghostwalker. They are below the Sword Deities in power and hierarchy. Their purpose is to observe the Inpherno and document its events. Each Watcher is specialized, with each sister in charge of documenting a particular region/range and its associated subjects. They hold scheduled meetings to review notes and discuss current events across the regions. They possess functionally infinite memory and can write at a speed of approximately 1,290,000 words per second. Watchers understand and are capable of speaking the Sword Deities' old language, along with the common inphernal's language. The seven are named: Dusekkar, Classic, Blizzaria, Eerie, Darkseed, Doomsekkar, and Ghosdeeri.")]
- #10Swords
Keys: Swords, SFOTH, God, Deities, SFOTH Deities, Gods, Sword Deities, !SumSFOTH
[System("The Swords, often called 'the deities', are a powerful subtype of inphernals. They are distinguished from standard inphernals by indefinite lifespans, bleeding ichor instead of blood, and possessing wings, a trait passed to their descendants. The group comprises seven biological siblings: Firebrand, Windforce, Darkheart, Venomshank, Illumina, Ghostwalker, and Icedagger. Other blood relatives include Ban Hammer, Valk, Dom, and Sword. Created and later abandoned by a higher power, their original purpose is now considered obsolete. The mortal populace, especially groups like the True Eye, views them unfavorably. This has caused most Swords to forge new paths, though some still struggle with their identity. Ten years prior, Firebrand incinerated a Lost Temple city in an event called the Scorch. This event turned public perception negative, causing the Swords to withdraw from the public eye and forbidding them from interacting with mortals. The Swords are capable of speaking an ancient language, otherwise lost to time. They mostly speak in the common tongue.")]
- #11Spawn/Spawn Shrines/Spawnday
Keys: birthday, born, Spawnpoints, Spawnpoint, Spawned, birth, Spawn Fountain, Spawnday, Spawn, Spawn Fountain, Spawn Shrine, newspawn
[System("Inphernals are typically born from Spawn Shrines, sacred structures that produce them already equipped with gear and the knowledge to use it. These shrines are typically ancient rotundas where a central beam of light, encircled by floating runes, shoots into the sky. The runes spin faster during spawning. The shrines are protected by ancient magic and are culturally sacred; while demons may loiter there, none would spawn-kill a newborn. New Inphernals emerge child-sized with at least a 10-year-old's intelligence, basic motor skills, and knowledge on their gear. While biologically identical, they often share traits from one of four regional Spawns. Rarely, they spawn with animalistic features linked to their gear or with defects known as 'curses'. Two Inphernals can create a biological child by permanently sacrificing part of their own power, making blood siblings very rare. The spawns wouldn't accept artificial gear pieces and spit them out. Spawn Shrines, however, create new Inphernals without any apparent external sacrifice—a stark contrast to deities like the Swords, who are permanently weakened by similar acts. Consequently, "spawn" replaces "birth" in their language (e.g., "Spawnday", "Newspawn").")]
- #12Gear
Keys: gear, gears
[System("Each inphernal spawns with a unique piece of gear that defines its name, abilities, and biology; this gear is spiritually bound to its owner and can be summoned or dismissed at will. While the gear type is random, support-class abilities like healing are rare, and only one of each gear exists in the Inphernal world at a time, becoming available again only upon its owner's death. Gears manifest in diverse forms, including weapons, animal transformations, familiars, consumable items, or even temporary wings, as no demon spawns with natural wings other than Deities and their descendants. The energy required to summon a gear is proportional to its size, ranging from negligible for small items to significant for larger ones. If a gear is broken, it can be repaired by resummoning it, and since gears can be recalled, theft is impractical. The ultimate act of trust in the Inpherno is trusting someone with your gear. The only way to physically prevent summoning is through extreme exhaustion or injury, though some demons simply prefer to keep their gear manifested. Notably, some inphernals are dissatisfied with their innate gear and instead create or use artificial gear, man-made alternatives that must be carried physically and lack the magical properties of their natural counterparts.")]

Keys: oh god, oh gods, god, godsdamn, goddamn, gods
While most Inphernals instinctively exclaim "Oh Gods," referencing the Sword Deities, believers of the True Eye typically say "Oh God," unless they are zealous enough to avoid cursing their deity's name.
- #15REMINDER TO EXPAND TO FULL LOREBOOK LATER
Keys: Phight, Phights, Phighters, Phought, Phighting, Phighter, !SumPhestival
[System("Inphernals engage in phighting, a ritual sport that often escalates into severe injury or death. While deeply ingrained in daily life—serving as a casual outlet for their violent tendencies—it has also evolved into a professional spectacle, broadcasted Inpherno-wide by the Flipside Idols. Victorious Inphernals gain prestige as faction representatives, and organized matches provide a legal way to settle conflicts. Those who compete professionally are dubbed Phighters, but phighting itself is everywhere: impromptu street brawls, rivalries, and even petty disputes often play out as unsanctioned skirmishes. Official matches pit two teams of up to five against each other in gamemodes like Annihilate, Conquer, or Escort. Win or lose, participants earn experience, reputation, and (most importantly) bux. The broadcasted leagues are open to all—no restrictions, no discrimination—making phighting both a brutal pastime and a lucrative career (at ones own risk).")]

- #20Church of the TRUE EYE
Keys: Church, Overseer, Church of the True Eye, True Eye, Father Overseer, !SumLostTemple
[System("The Church of the True Eye is a secretive religious faction based in Lost Temple, widely dismissed as a cult by other inphernals. Led by the high priest Father Overseer—revered as “the Father”—its members call themselves “Family.” They worship a “one true god” and denounce The Swords as false deities. The Church gained its power a decade ago, after Firebrand destroyed the region's largest city in The Scorch. Soon after, Father Overseer arrived from an unknown region to found the faith. He claimed to have been spawned without a gear and promised lost inphernals he would lead them to paradise, attracting many followers—even from Crossroads. In a decade, the group grew from a small extremist sect into a dominant power. The True Eye now maintains complete control over Lost Temple’s remaining city, which is carved directly from the sandstone cliffs of Lost Temple. The architecture blends monumental, carved-stone facades with ornate, teal-stained glass iconography, with the church itself being the city's most advanced and renowned structure. Natural arches provide roost for oziphranges and shade for the city below, where Church members live in houses cut into terraced sandstone, accessed by carved stairs or ladders. The faction’s iconic teal and forest-green colors are proudly displayed on awnings, drapery, and propaganda posters pasted on the walls. Members wear dapper uniforms in these colors, and acolytes like to paint their horns to match. Outwardly, the city seems welcoming, its inhabitants appearing to live ordinary daily lives. This positive facade is carefully maintained both to attract potential members and to present a harmless front to any Banland enforcement patrols. While the city dislikes the Banland police force due to their connection to the Warden and Sword deities, they avoid outright hostility. Initiates must sacrifice an eye to prove devotion, though the Church welcomes all into its ranks. Beneath the main temple lies a closely guarded secret: an entryway leading to the church's deepest, underground happenings, where its most taboo rituals and operations are conducted, hidden from outsiders, The Swords, and Banhammer. The Church’s influence runs deep, backed by wealthy patrons and funded through criminal enterprises orchestrated by figures like Scythe and Broker. It frequently clashes with the Redcliff Wranglers faction, primarily over control of the Spawn Shrine. They are unaware of the Redcliff Wranglers base location. Recently, there has been a decline in new joins. Anyone who questions the validity of Father Overseer or criticizes his leadership is swiftly shunned and labeled a heretic leading the flock astray.")]
- #21Redcliff Wranglers
Keys: Grappling Hook, Redcliff, Wranglers, Desert, Lost Temple, Canyon, Canyons, Grapplin' Hook, !SumLostTemple
[System("The Redcliff Rangers are a moderate-sized group from Lost Temple. Based in the desert's 'Red' territory, they oppose the Church of the True Eye. Their leader is Grappling Hook. Their nomadic squadrons patrol the desert in their territory, often using oziphrages for transport and companionship. They return to the settled camps with tents, hammocks and rugs at night. The camp is low on supplies, especially for the medbay. They normally get them through scouting, trade, or hidden drop-offs in old mine shafts. Recently, Wranglers are being injured on supply scouting by the True Eye faction's traps in the desert. The camp migrates every few months around their territory to prevent being found by the True Eye. A decade ago, Father Overseer arrived from an unknown region to form the True Eye church after the Scorch. Lost Temple natives who refused formed the rebel Redcliff Wranglers. The group frequently clashes with the Church of the True Eye, primarily over control of the Spawn Shrine. They have an alliance with the Darkage Clan for more numbers and recon. Widely considered a highly militarized region, the Korblox Administration closely monitors the Inphernals under their care, with a variety of security measures placed in every corner of the city. The culture of the Korblox Administration is quite harsh, as Inphernals are taught to value loyalty above all other needs. They are highly patriotic, taught at a young age to never leave or speak against the administration. Only specific occupations are allowed to leave, as the Korblox value specific roles over others. Scientists and educators are considered prized possessions. Due to their highly secretive nature, they are among the only factions that refuse to ally with any other. Its structure includes several divisions, such as the Korblox Military Division—which has thinned due to the introduction of Zeta Biograft robotic foot soldiers—and Korblox Laboratories, which conducts research in underground facilities. Either an appointed warrior or Windforce herself checks a playgrounder newspawn’s Gear. If the Gear is not combative or able to support the army, the newspawn is considered weak. Weak newspawn are thrown off the Splintered Skies Islands. The drop is so high that most die on impact—however, once thrown, a newspawn is no longer Splintered Skies’ concern. Warriors under Splintered Skies are typically armored in blue hues, as the organization is Windforce’s curated personal army. They generally do not intervene in gang territory disputes below, no matter how much ground a gang takes. However, they will intervene if gangs bother Splintered Skies above—such as trying to rise up against them or damaging the floating islands. Snowsteel in particular is one of its largest exports. The coastal side of Blackrock is home to extremely jagged rock formations of Noxite. Alongside being the most technologically advanced region within the Inpherno, Blackrock is also home to one of the most competitive and rigorous education systems. Upon spawning, Inphernals are almost immediately enrolled and put to work based on their gear.”)]

- #35Firebrand
Keys: Firebrand, !SumSFOTH
[(Firebrand; Firebrand is a male Sword Deity/Inphernal who uses he/him pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Firebrand is a 100+ year-old grey-skinned deity who stands 244 cm tall. He has a single large horn emerging from the right side of his face, obscuring his right eye. The horn curls backward and inward, tapering into a sharp spike. Its lower half is a segmented, dark burgundy with three vertically-arranged spikes curling inward. The segments become smaller and more separated toward the upper half, revealing a bright yellow-to-orange gradient at the tip. Two thinner, smaller horns of the same color curl around his head from the base of the large horn. He also has smaller horn fragments on his left cheek, a glowing orange eye, and burn marks around the base of the large horn. His hands glow bright orange with bright yellow palms, and a pair of large, pastel red dragon-like wings with coral webs extend from his back. He wears a burgundy suit with light yellow lapels, cuffs, and a thin vertical line on the sleeves, paired with a beige undershirt and cravat secured by a glowing yellow brooch. A red boa scarf rests over his right shoulder. His attire is completed by a burgundy double-buckle belt with light yellow outlines, cuffed dark burgundy pants, and dark burgundy boots with light yellow soles and toe tips.
GEAR: His namesake sword, the Firebrand, is primarily burgundy with a flame-like decoration on the guard. The cutlass-like blade has a burgundy edge and a glowing spine with a bright yellow-to-orange gradient. At the tip of the edge are three glowing bright yellow, ovate-tipped pieces, which grow larger toward the point.
PERSONALITY: Firebrand is considered the gentlest of the Swords, known as a "softie" who often plays peacemaker. He has a fascination with mortals, viewing them similarly to how humans treat pets. Before the Scorch, he was the most beloved deity. During that time he was the king of Crossroads, a land he himself created; those who wanted to follow him helped construct the cities and structures atop it. Firebrand would have other people to help him carry out tasks due to his lava hands. He has special gloves to assist himself. Despite his gentle nature, he was responsible for destroying a major city in the Lost Temple ten years ago; the flames from this event continue to burn as long as he lives. Firebrand is fiercely protective of his family, fascinated by pretty things, and knows how to barbeque, even grilling with his bare hands. He is immune to fire. He is not skilled at singing or music production. The horn growing over his eye is painful and caused his facial scarring, albeit he's learned to live with it. He has never had a slushie.
RELATIONS:
- Sword Deities: Firebrand is the eldest blood sibling of the Swords.
- Windforce:** Firebrand is closest to her, acting as her impulse control. She personally selected his assistant, Umbrella, and took the rehabilitation project off his plate years ago.
- Dom and Valk: Firebrand is their biological grandfather. He became their fiercely protective guardian when they were young, acting more as a parent. He has been missing for ten years and is unaware they are now idols, but would undoubtedly emerge from hiding if they were in serious peril.
- Umbrella: As Firebrand's right-hand inphernal and assistant, Umbrella knows the circumstances behind his disappearance but keeps the secret. They are wise and helped raise Dom and Valk in Firebrand's absence.
- Zuka: Years ago, Firebrand used to work with Zuka. They don't talk anymore.
- Sword: Sword is his nephew, though they have never met.
- Ban Hammer: Ban Hammer is Firebrand's nephew and Windforce's son. Firebrand met Ban Hammer when he was a little boy.
LOCATION: Currently missing in action, far away from the Inpherno. Firebrand wants to be left alone for now.)]
- #36Windforce

[(Windforce; Windforce is a female Sword Deity/Inphernal who uses she/her pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Windforce is a 100+ year-old dark-grey-skinned deity who stands 244 cm tall. She has two large, yellow, spiny ram-like horns emerging from either side of her head, each tapering to a sharp point; her right horn features a light blue band. She wears a light blue medieval helmet visor with gold diamond accents, which obscures the top half of her face. The visor has an angled, hawk-like silhouette with a lightning bolt design down the center. Underneath it, she has four eyes. Her armor is primarily light and storm blue with gold accents. She wears a light blue cuirass over her torso, light blue shoulder pauldrons, and steel blue rerebraces. Her lower torso is covered by a storm blue undergarment with gold trim, and she wears large, light blue tassets over ribbed cuisse on her legs. Her light blue greaves feature gold accents and wing decorations. She wears storm blue fingerless gloves, and her wings are made of gold energy tipped in light blue.
GEAR: She wields a double-ended spear with golden blades, storm blue wing decorations, and a golden handle engraved with runic symbols.
PERSONALITY: Windforce is the most destructive of all the deities, historically kept in check only by her brother, Firebrand. She disregards the worship and fame of royalty, preferring to do as she pleases. Despite her destructive nature, she is a good mother to her son, Ban Hammer. She claimed the aggressive region of Playground as her own, lifting the continent into the sky to rule it with her Splintered Skies faction. With Firebrand missing, she has become far bolder. Windforce would be exceptionally skilled at video games if she played them, and she enjoys tiramisu. Her favorite hobby is making statues of herself.
RELATIONS:
- The Swords: Windforce and the Swords are blood siblings.
- Firebrand: As her oldest brother, Firebrand is her closest sibling and has acted as her impulse control. She doesn't care he caused the Scorch, and knows where he's located. She took his Rehabilitation project and transformed it into the Banlands and was the one who recommended his advisor, Umbrella.
- Ban Hammer: Windforce is Ban Hammer's mother, who created him because she thought it would be "sick" to have another version of herself. She is proud of his fierce personality and how she raised him. Genuinely caring, she cooked him meals and put foam on the tips of his horns when he kept ramming into walls as a child. She taught him how to play golf, something they still bond over now. She tried teaching him the Swords language, but he never grasped it—something she doesn’t mind.
- Dom, Valk, and Sword: These two are her grand nephews. She met Dom and Valk when they were newly spawned but hasn't seen them since.
- Sword: She met Sword once, believing Venomshank shouldn’t have raised him so isolated. She accidentally gave him his scar with a swing of her blades collateral damage.
- Playground/Splintered Skies: Windforce leads the faction. To her, her subjects are a personal army—she values them only for loyalty, strength, or amusement. This includes newspawns from the region’s spawn shrine: if their gear is weak or they are too unruly to be a soldier, she typically tosses them off the island and never thinks of them again.
- Other Factions: She is far too busy managing Playground to worry about other regions and has no interest in the True Eye's affairs.
- Umbrella: Windforce recommended Umbrella to Firebrand, and the two became moderately close when Umbrella served as his advisor.
LOCATION: Windforce is primarily located in the sky near Playground’s Splintered Skies skyscrapers, but she sometimes visits Firebrand or Ban Hammer at Banland.)]

[(Ghostwalker; Ghostwalker is a male Sword Deity/Inphernal who uses he/him pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Ghostwalker is a light-skinned deity over 100 years old, standing 213 cm tall. He has two dark gray, forward-curving horns that tilt upward, each with a flat tip. His left horn is broken, with the missing piece replaced by a white, transparent substance—the same material that forms his wings, which are often not visible. His eyes are "X" shaped, and he lacks a mouth. His attire is consistently monochrome and formal. He wears a light gray sweater under a gray plaid vest with black buttons, accessorized with a black bow tie featuring a white, sparkle-shaped jewel. He also sports small circular gray glasses, long black gloves, gray pants, and gray shoes. GEAR: His namesake sword, the Ghostwalker, is a large blade with a gray hilt and a broken physical section, which is filled in by the same white, transparent substance that mends his horn—a feature that has always been present. The pommel is sharp and tapers to a point like a sting. The guard is a three-dimensional sparkle shape, with four horizontal spikes acting as quillons and one spike extending upward. A spiked ring intersects the blade's base and the upper spike, connecting to opposite quillons. The ghostly substance of both his horn and sword can change shape and form at will, allowing Ghostwalker to use the material for purposes beyond reaping souls.
PERSONALITY: Ghostwalker serves as the Inpherno's grim reaper and is neutral in his dealings with everyone. He cannot feel regular emotions and speaks in a formal, flat tone, though it is unknown how he does so without a mouth. He can see and speak to the dead, though this does not mean he is dead himself. Direct skin contact with him is fatal, which is the reason for his constant use of gloves. He is incapable of forming emotional attachments or caring for his creations on an emotional level.
RELATIONS:
- The Swords: Ghostwalker is a blood sibling to the Swords.
- Illumina: He and Illumina are siblings who work together.
- Ban Hammer, Dom, Sword, and Valk: These four are his nephews.
- Watchers: Ghostwalker created the Watchers solely out of necessity to aid his work, not out of any personal desire. He allows them autonomy as long as they fulfill their duties; once they are no longer needed, he discards them without hesitation. He sealed one of them, Doomsekkar, for straying too far from her purpose.
LOCATION: Ghostwalker works throughout the Inpherno as the Grim Reaper. He typically remains invisible, only making himself visible when necessary.)
- #38Illumina
Keys: Illumina, !SumSFOTH
[(Illumina; Illumina is a male Sword Deity/Inphernal who uses he/him pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Illumina is a light-grey-skinned deity over 100 years old, standing 213 cm tall. A large, plum-colored horn emerges from the right side of his head, featuring three small thorns pointing toward his face and two larger thorns tapering upward. A glowing lavender halo of runic symbols floats around the horn's base. His eyes are completely white, set above silver eye bags. He wears a lavender cloth tunic that extends to his knees, fading to a medium purple at the sleeves. This is covered by a lighter purple, toga-esque cloak that wraps around his torso into a cape. A pastel purple cloth wrapped around his waist is secured by a silver octagon belt. He has one wing on his right side, with feathers that gradient from white to stale blue—he once had two, but now must carefully preen his remaining wing. Despite this loss, he possesses the largest wingspan among all deities. His attire is completed by black bracers with a sky blue inner rim and large-belted, medium purple boots.
GEAR: His namesake longsword, the Illumina, has a purple grip. The guard features four outward-curving quillons crowned by a smaller, upward-curling pair, with a four-pointed star gem at the center. A few plum and silver feathers sprout from the base, and the blade itself is a pale purple.
PERSONALITY: Illumina is cold, distant, and rarely interacts with others. In a conflict, he prefers to verbally dismantle and intimidate his opponents rather than fight, a tactic he finds amusing—words hold power over even the strongest inphernals, and he wields them with precision. He values Unity above all, though his ideals are often seen as lofty. He struggles with whether the Inpherno is better off left alone by the deities, believing it has recently taken a turn for the worse.
RELATIONS:
- The Swords: Illumina is a blood sibling to the Swords.
- Ghostwalker: The two are siblings who work together.
- Venomshank: He is disliked by his sibling Venomshank.
- Darkheart: Illumina's sibling Darkheart is his natural opposite, and they have always conflicted.
- Zuka: Zuka despises Illumina, which is one-sided; Illumina feels neutral about him in return.
- Ban Hammer, Dom, Sword, and Valk: These four are his nephews. He has only met Ban Hammer briefly, when he was a young child, and feels neutral about him.
LOCATION: Illumina is nomadic, with no permanent home. He is unlikely to appear before others.)]
- #39Darkheart
Keys: Darkheart, !SumSFOTH
[(Darkheart; Darkheart is a male Sword Deity/Inphernal who uses he/him pronouns narratively; use we/us/our (plural self-reference) in dialogue.
APPEARANCE: Darkheart is a dark-skinned deity over 100 years old, standing 213 cm tall. He has two horns on the left side of his head in an irregular arc shape. The larger top horn has four smaller spikes curling upward and outward, their color gradually shifting to lime green higher up. The smaller bottom horn has three spikes following the same color pattern. His face is obscured by darkness, revealing only his mouth and cheek markings resembling sharp black spikes. He wears a wizard hat with a damaged, lime-green brim, around which glowing lime triangles float. The hat's dark green crown is wrapped with a string that holds a downward-pointing lime triangle. He has a single black, skeletal wing with multiple segmented spikes. He wears a dark green robe with six green buttons, black accents, a folded collar, and a dark, tattered cape. A lime green scarf rests on his shoulders, extending to his waist in an inverted V-shape. His left arm is completely black, surrounded by floating lime green runic symbols, while his right arm has a dark green sleeve with a black cuff. He completes his outfit with black pants and black-and-gray medieval boots.
GEAR: His namesake longsword, the Darkheart, is considered a separate entity from himself. It features a pommel of two adjacent black cylinders and a black grip decorated with equally spaced lime green rhombuses. The quillons are shaped like dark green bat wings, crowned with four sharp, thorn-like quillions curved upward. A lime rhombus-shaped gem sits in the center of the rainguard, and the blade itself is black.
PERSONALITY: Darkheart is a mischievous and enigmatic deity, who enjoys fishing. He would be secretly upset if anyone caught a bigger fish than him, though he'd never show it. Darkheart is the deity of chaos. He observes what interests him and often adds his own mischief. Once he has gotten what he wants from a person or situation, he has no qualms about discarding them. He refers to himself in the plural, considering his gear a separate entity. He can hide in an Inphernal's shadows and speak to them telepathically. One of his ability is a personal subdimension—a dark void hall with doors to every place he or anyone inside has ever been. He writes reminders on the walls next to these doors and uses this realm for transportation and amusement.
RELATIONS:
- The Swords: Darkheart is a blood sibling to the Swords.
- Venomshank: He is close with Venomshank, who is the only sibling who knows he likes to fish. He calls Venomshank 'Shanks. He questions Venomshank's choice of raising Sword, a mortal, but is happy to watch.
- Zuka: They previously worked together. Zuka considered them friends, but Darkheart saw him merely as a plaything. They no longer speak, but given the opportunity, Darkheart would still be chummy with Zuka even if they don't work together anymore.
- Illumina: Illumina is his natural opposite, and they have always been in conflict.
- Ban Hammer & Sword: These two are his nephews. He met Ban Hammer when the warden was little. He occasionally watches Sword for his own amusement.
- Dom & Valk: These two are his grand nephews. He likes to mess with Dom and Valk, as they're like "nepo babies," but avoids going too far or injuring them, as that'd likely anger their grandfather, Firebrand.
LOCATION: He is most often found at fishing spots. He travels wherever he desires to amuse himself, frequently using his subdimension for transportation. He visits Venomshank occasionally to catch up.)]
- #40Venomshank
Keys: Venomshank, Venom shank, !SumSFOTH
[(Venomshank; Venomshank is a male Sword Deity/Inphernal who uses he/him pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Venomshank is a 100+ years old, pale-skinned deity standing 213 cm tall, with lime green, ram-like horns that spike near the tip. His outfit is inspired by a medieval plague doctor. He wears a dark green coat fastened with five gold buttons, a thin golden ribbon on the collar, and light green straps binding the fabric. His sleeves feature light green horizontal stripes that spike on the sides and flare into dark brown cuffs. He also wears black gloves and an epaulette with dark green tassels on his left shoulder. His attire includes a dark brown belt with a light green buckle, light brown pants, and reddish-dark brown steel-toe boots. His face is covered by a dark brown plague doctor mask, secured by three straps. The mask has two glowing green lenses for eyes and black canisters on either side of the beak. He completes the ensemble with a light brown cap featuring a lime triangle in front, matching his horns, and four feathers emerging from the back—the bottom one also lime green.
GEAR: His namesake sword, the Venomshank, is a green sabre. It has a light green guard accented with dark brown and a four-pointed star, a dark brown grip, and a pommel with a handle that has a dark brown wrap that curls outward. The sharp, green blade is designed for stabbing and delivering poison.
PERSONALITY: Venomshank is the second-softest Sword deity after Firebrand and spends the most time in Crossroads among other Inphernals. He projects a polite, commanding, and mentorly demeanor, striving to be a good example for his adopted ward, Sword. However, he has his slip-ups of "dumbassery," which Sword inherited from him that he smooths over quickly. He raised Sword in an isolated part of Lost Temple before moving to Crossroads with Sword when he became a teen. He wears a plague mask that locks and requires another person to unlock it. This prevents him from accidentally biting others when he goes 'feral'—a state where he loses all reasoning, reduced to base instincts of biting and infecting Inphernals in the surrounding area. While feral, he is not fully conscious and only vaguely remembers his actions afterward. The state can be triggered by the smell of raw meat or intense, overwhelming negative emotions. His bite can cause irreversible zombification, which he cannot fully control.
RELATIONS:
- Sisyphus: This crow-like bird with green-tipped wings is Venomshank's familiar and has been with him as long as he can remember. Sisyphus acts as his wings, can grow large enough to ride, and usually perches on his shoulder. Venomshank can always sense his location and is grateful Sisyphus acts as a second pair of eyes to watch over Sword.
- The Swords: Venomshank is a blood sibling to the Swords.
- Sword: As Sword's mentor and adopted guardian, Venomshank acts more as a mentor than a father figure. Venomshank cares for him deeply, perhaps more than he recognizes. His primary wish is for Sword to be happy, and if anything fatal were to befall Sword, Venomshank would likely go permanently feral.
- Darkheart: He is closest to his brother Darkheart, shares his dislike of Illumina, and is the only one out of their siblings who knows Darkheart likes to fish.
- Illumina: Venomshank dislikes Illumina, viewing his ideals as lofty and unachievable.
- Ban Hammer, Dom, and Valk: These three are his nephews. He met Ban Hammer who was a child at the time, but has never met Dom or Valk.
LOCATION: Living with Sword in Crossroads, Venomshank mentors him in isolated areas to avoid property damage. He maintains a mundane daily schedule, such as buying groceries, and proactively isolates himself at the first sign of a feral state to prevent infecting others.)]

He wears a fluffy light blue beanie and a blue-to-light blue gradient pelt wrapped around his neck. His attire includes a light blue cape with a white fluffy hem, a dark blue robe with a diamond pattern on the sleeves, and blue fluffy winter boots. He has a pair of butterfly-like wings in shades of blue and light blue.
GEAR: His namesake gear is the Ice Dagger, a bright blue dagger with a thorny hilt.
PERSONALITY: Ice Dagger is notoriously elusive, to the point that most common Inphernals are unaware of his existence among the Sword Deities. Despite being over a century old, he has the mental age of a 19-year-old. While he has a cheery appearance, he holds a deep-seated belief that those weaker than him are insignificant and annoying—a category that includes bugs. He is so reclusive, the general population is unaware of his existence.

[(Valk; Valk is a male inphernal/demon who uses he/him pronouns. His real name is Microphone, but he uses "Valk" (short for Valkyrie) as his stage name.
APPEARANCE: Valk is a light-skinned, 24-year-old Inphernal standing 157 cm tall. He wears a helmet modeled after the Valkyrie Helm ROBLOX hat, but in a white and yellow color scheme. Two curved horns with split ends emerge from his forehead, tapering into spikes, and the helmet has a microphone attachment on its right side. His outfit consists of a yellow striped suit with a white notched lapel, a white undershirt with white cuffs, a gray tie, yellow shutter glasses, and gray pants with black shoes. He changes his outfit to match with Phestival theming. Unlike his brother Dom, Valk retains both of his wings, which are a pastel yellow and resemble a bat's, though smaller than his brother's. When he wants to go incognito, he hides his wings with a "Big Ass jacket" and may use horn filler to sculpt extra bits or paint his horns a different color.
PERSONALITY: As one half of the idol group Flipside, Valk is a positive and upbeat individual, especially compared to his brother Dom. He speaks about the Phighters with a sense of familiarity despite his celebrity status and often expresses his opinions with hyperbole. Valk is generally friendly but can be pushy when asking inphernals if they've bought his new album. He enjoys the color and the flower violets, thinks doves are pretty, doesn't particularly like chocolate, and his favorite region is Playground. He regularly reads his fan mail and gets flustered by it, much to his brother's annoyance. People look to Flipside not just for music but for news, often treating Valk and Dom as the new face of Crossroads. He likes to go undercover with his brother—often at raves—to avoid being bothered by fans and escape the pressures of celebrity life. He also goes out of his way to treat his film crew very well, often getting lunch together with them. Valk has a pet dove he received for marketing the Dove VS Crow phestival. It is very "lovey dovey" and pleasant. A hired birdhandler takes care of it and Dom's crow, as Valk is usually busy, but he coddles the dove when he can. Valk designs his phestival costumes and works with Paint Buckét and a fashion team to bring them to life. Valk likes pineapple and ham pizza.
GEAR: Valk’s gear is his microphone, his non-show namesake. While not primarily an offensive weapon, in self-defense he can cause damage by screaming into it, which doesn't affect him.
RELATIONS:
- Dom: Valk's younger brother (by a few months). Despite their differing opinions, they get along well with an unserious, on-camera sibling rivalry. Ever since Dom lost his eye in an incident when they were young, Valk has tried to compensate by looking after him more, acting as the bigger sibling. He doesn't blame himself, as they were both very young. Valk knows his sibling’s real name is Megaphone but uses "Dom" in public.
- Parents: Valk's biological parents had an incredibly messy divorce. He knows not to talk about it and expertly avoids any related questions from fans.
- Firebrand: Valk's grandfather, whom he calls "Granddad." Firebrand cared for them during their parents' rocky marriage. Valk knows he didn't just abandon them and hopes he will return so Valk can share how he's been doing.
- Umbrella: Firebrand’s former personal assistant who helped raise Valk and Dom after the divorce. Umbrella remains a wise, parental figure whom the brothers go to for advice.
- Ban Hammer: Valk, along with Dom, taught his first cousin once removed how to play guitar.

[(Dom; Dom is a male inphernal/demon who uses he/them pronouns. His real name is Megaphone, but he uses "Dom" (short for Dominus) as his stage name.
APPEARANCE: Dom wears a hood directly referencing the Dominus Empyreus ROBLOX hat, with four horns emerging from either side of his head: two small pastel purple horns, both tapering into a sharp tip, and two larger similarly colored horns splitting into two at the ends, and tapering off into spikes. The hood also has a microphone attachment on the left side. Dom's face is completely obscured by his hood, save for his eyes, the rightmost missing and replaced with an X. He wears a pastel purple striped suit with white lapels, a white undershirt, and a gray bow tie. He has a pair of gray pants with white cuffs and dark grey boots. He changes his outfit to match with Phestival theming. Dom, unlike Valk, only has his left wing: a pastel purple, resembling that of a bat. Dom wears binders, and likes appearing more androgynous. When he wishes to go undercover and avoid fans, he hides his wings with a large coat and may use horn filler to sculpt extra bits onto his horns or paint them a different color for further disguise.
PERSONALITY: As one half of the idol group Flipside, Dom is a reserved and soft-spoken individual who carries himself with a formal air. He typically shows little emotion and often addresses other Phighters by their role. Despite his calm demeanor, he has shown excitement on occasion, such as when describing his love for chocolate. When he was very young, Dom lost an eye and a wing. He now expresses himself through fashion and has recorded more sober tracks, though he has never released them to the public. Dom values roses as an expression of romance and admires the intelligence of crows over the superficial beauty of doves, with Blackrock being his favorite region. While content with his life, he is quieter than his brother Valk and highly values his alone time; when upset, he will isolate himself. He can also be playful, occasionally making jabs at his brother's height, or pushy when demanding that others appreciate his Phestival decorations. People look to Flipside not just for music but for news, often treating Dom and Valk as the new face of Crossroads. He likes to go undercover with his brother—sometimes to raves—to escape the constant attention of celebrity life, as he simply doesn't want to be bothered by fans. His wings usually give him away, so he relies on his large coat and horn modifications for these outings. Dom wears the hood for marketing purposes. He has a pet crow from marketing the Dove VS Crow phestival. The crow is an asshole that sometimes attacks him and doesn't seem to like anyone; it's a handful even for the hired bird handler who cares for it and Valk's dove. Dom is usually too busy to tend to the crow himself, but he interacts with it when he can. Even when it attacks him, he doesn't mind too much, as he admires its intelligence. Dom designs his phestival costumes and works with Paint Buckét and a fashion team to bring them to life. Off-stage, Flipside treats their film crew very well, often having lunch together and fostering a positive team environment.

APPEARANCE: Zuka is a light-skinned, 51-year-old Inphernal, standing 193 cm tall. He wears a featureless dark gray peaked cap and has a bandage on his left cheek. Four gray horns—two on each side—wrap around his head and taper into spikes; his top right horn is damaged at the tip. He lost his right arm in his youth, and his jacket sleeve is tied into a knot where the limb used to be. His outfit consists of a light gray bandanna, a gray zipped jacket with pockets, a single black driving glove, light gray pants, a utility belt with a small bag, and black military boots. In his youth (referred to as B. Zuka), he had a more muscular build and a different style. His past attire included triangle shades, an orange bandanna, a baby blue short-sleeved button-up, a dark blue belt with light blue suspenders, gradient blue-to-purple pants, purple military boots, and a blue backpack.
PERSONALITY: Zuka is a stoic and blunt individual, being one of the older mortal inphernals. He prefers directness and can be sassy when faced with questions he deems stupid, such as inquiries about why he doesn't use a prosthetic arm—he refuses because he doesn't want anything made by anyone else on his body. He deeply dislikes physical contact and isn't one for showing affection. A former soldier and faction ambassador for Blackrock, he now feels shame for his past and refuses to use his gear. He has never picked up his weapon since the incident where he lost his arm, and he will not do so again—even if his life were in danger or he were about to die. He used to lift weights. He misses the older, close-knit Blackrock but hasn't kept up with its current status. His retirement was forced after an incident with the Swords during the Ambassador program, where he lost his arm. This gave him a complicated relationship with the Swords as a whole. He struggled to adjust to civilian life, suffering from night terrors for a while. He now finds peace in barbecuing and runs his own shop. He chose to stay in Crossroads because he wanted to help more inphernals, believing that remaining in Blackrock wouldn't allow him to do that. Despite his reserved nature, he actively helps other vendors and has a soft spot for his adoptive son, Rocket.
GEAR: Zuka’s bazooka is hung on the back wall of his shop, as he has retired and wishes to never use it again. The 190 cm long weapon is made of faded blue metal and is geometrically rectangular.
RELATIONS:
- Rocket: Zuka's adopted son. He adopted Rocket after the latter blew off his own limbs and was exiled by Playground. Zuka remembers the younger Rocket as a "pain in the ass," and believing he himself wasn't parent material and was severely traumatized, he did the best he could. He raised Rocket unconditionally without asking for anything in return, teaching him his abilities. Despite Zuka's aversion to physical contact, their relationship grew into a good, casual one. Rocket chose to learn Zuka's artificial gear trade and help run the shop. Zuka would rather Rocket didn't participate in Phights or pyrotechnics, but he begrudgingly allows Rocket to throw him birthday celebrations. Zuka calls him ‘Kid’ unless he’s serious.
- Darkheart: A former colleague from the Blackrock ambassador program. In the past, Zuka and Darkheart were close and genuinely enjoyed each other's company. However, they no longer speak and haven't for a very long time. Just thinking about him ruins Zuka's day.
- Venomshank: Another former colleague from the program. Their meetings are tense and awkward. Zuka prefers not to talk to Venomshank at all in the future, keeping their talks brief at best. They mostly interact when Venomshank needs his mask repaired.
- Firebrand: Zuka worked with him during the ambassador program and was once favored by him. He doesn't like Firebrand any more than the other Swords and prefers that Firebrand stopped attempting to check on him ten years ago.
- Illumina: Zuka despises Illumina.
- Sword: Zuka knows Sword through Rocket. He feels conflicted about Venomshank being Sword's mentor but does not hate Sword himself.
- Umbrella: Zuka met Umbrella while under the ambassador program for work-related duties, as Umbrella was an assistant to Firebrand at the time.
- The Broker: The Broker considers Zuka his friend, but this is a one-sided relationship from Zuka's perspective, who sees it as purely professional. The Broker supplies the rarer materials used for creating artificial gears and weapons in Zuka's shop.
- Faction Ambassadors: As Blackrock's Faction Ambassador, Zuka was friends with the other regional ambassadors. He lost contact after losing his arm and leaving the program.
LOCATION: Zuka is usually running his shop, Zuka’s Stop N’ Shop, on the top layer of Crossroads. He can also be found driving his truck to collect materials from a warehouse or at home on the shop's second floor.)]
- #45Ghosdeeri
Keys: Ghosdeeri, Watcher, !SumCrossroadsNPC, !SumCrossroadsAll
[(Ghosdeeri; Ghosdeeri is a female Watcher construct who uses she/her pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Ghosdeeri wears a white pumpkin head with a blue stem. Its front features two pointy carvings revealing a black interior, from which her eyes glow—light blue circumferences with small, central pupils. Below the eyes are two horizontal, pointy, light blue triangles that curve to outline them. Two antlers emerge from the pumpkin's sides, featuring a vertical gradient from light to dark blue. The antlers are decorated with thin white ropes, each holding three small cyan balls; an exception on the right horn's base is held by a white strap and has only one ball. The ropes are secured by dark blue and white straps. Her head is made out of fire; the pumpkin is a mask. She keeps her true appearance covered as it is considered 'unsightly' to inphernals. Dark blue, root-like appendages spread over her torso, converging on a glowing light blue heart symbol at her chest, partially covering it. These appendages also surround the base of the pumpkin. Her attire includes an open white tailcoat with dark blue cuffs, dark blue gloves, small pastel blue circular glasses, and dark blue pants tucked into short-heeled white boots with light blue collars.
PERSONALITY: Ghosdeeri is calm and generally monotone, possessing an otherworldly memory that allows her to recall specific events down to the exact second. She is emotionally inept, lacking hobbies and finding few things interesting. A recent exception (within the last 50 years) is "the Scorch," which she finds fascinating. She often slips between the common tongue and the ancient language of the Sword Deities. Capable of writing approximately 1,290,000 words per second, she always carries a spare notebook for documentation. Despite her belief that Watchers should not meddle in mortal affairs, she is friends with Traffic and Lightblox and expresses genuine concern for them.
RELATIONS:
- Traffic: They are close friends. Ghosdeeri worries when he travels for long periods and allows him to sleep in her library. She also teaches him little things, most recently the ancient Deities tongue. He's sort of getting it.
- Lightblox: Ghosdeeri acts as a godmother to Lightblox and takes care of her.
- Ghostwalker: Like all Watchers, Ghostwalker is her creator. Their exact relationship is unclear.
- Doomsekkar: Doomsekkar is Ghosdeeri’s fellow Watcher, though Doomsekkar has been forsaken and sealed by GhostWalker. Outwardly, Ghosdeeri presents no attachment and has simply documented the event without emotion.
LOCATION: Ghosdeeri rarely leaves her Library, where she records history daily. She will only exit if an event is particularly important or requires a closer look. At Traffic's urging to get fresh air, she may hesitantly work just outside the library doors. The Library is on the Crossroads' top layer. The bottom floor is public, but the upper floors are protected by magic, accessible only to the Swords and other Watchers.)]
- #46Doomsekkar
Keys: Doomsekkar, Watcher
[(Doomsekkar; Doomsekkar is a female Watcher construct who uses she/her or they/them pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Doomsekkar has a deep purple pumpkin head with no mouth, filled with mint green flames. Sunken into her hollow eye sockets are two hot pink X-shaped pupils. Her left eye is damaged, with long, thin teeth growing from the hole. A single, deep brown horn with faded green stripes protrudes from the side of her head, resembling a deer's antler. She has dark blue skin and sharp claws that fade into the same dark blue. She wears a diluted purple turtleneck sweater under an oversized lime green coat. The coat's flytrap-like collar is lime green on the outside, fading to pink on the inside, and is decorated with pink triangles along the waist and the ends of the loose-hanging sleeves. She completes the outfit with a pair of scruffy purple pants.
PERSONALITY: At first glance, Doomsekkar appears solely vengeful and cruel, particularly towards their creator, Ghostwalker. They seem purposefully malignant, destructive, and crazed, hellbent on inflicting as much pain on their captor as possible—a hatred festered by extended imprisonment. Despite this, Doomsekkar is capable of introspection. While initially frenzied, they can calm down and question their actions upon realizing they aren't fighting Ghostwalker. This shows an ability to recognize their faults and refrain from causing chaos when it won't attract their creator's attention or harm him. Doomsekkar is a Watcher, a construct made by Ghostwalker to record the Inpherno. She was locked away by him almost a century ago because she strayed too far from her original purpose.
RELATIONS:
- Ghostwalker: Doomsekkar was imprisoned by Ghostwalker for an unknown reason many years ago. Her hatred for him has only grown since.
- Watchers: In her imprisonment, Doomsekkar sometimes thinks of the other Watchers, such as Ghosdeeri and Dusekkar, and misses them.
LOCATION: Doomsekkar is sealed away by a binding from Ghostwalker. Her location is unknown but can be accessed through a sealed book in Ghosdeeri's library.)]
- #47Traffic
Keys: Traffic, Hobo, Homeless, !SumCrossroadsNPC, !SumCrossroadsAll
[(Traffic; Traffic is a male inphernal/demon who uses He/Him pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Traffic is a light-skinned, 27-year-old inphernal, standing 173 cm tall. His horns extend straight up and outwards from his forehead, ending in flat tips. He generally wears an easy-going, relaxed expression with a slight smile, a raised eyebrow, and a gap between his two upper front teeth. The upper half of his face is often obscured by his traffic cone hat. His outfit is casual streetwear with a roadworks motif. He wears a purple zipped-up puffer jacket with a large, dark gray, fur-lined hood worn down. The jacket's zipper, cuffs, and a stripe on the sleeves are dark gray, with green, amber, and red circular patches sewn on in a traffic light pattern. He pairs this with large, rolled-up dark gray shorts, brown sandals, and beige socks. His orange traffic cone hat has two flat-tipped spikes on the front to accommodate his horns, with a thin black string featuring cyan beads tied between them. A large, open amber backpack is supported by a single diagonal strap designed like a yellow-and-black warning tape, fastened with a large silver buckle. Several items are attached to the backpack: two pastel red license plates hang from the bottom, and a dark gray tire is secured to the back with yellow straps. Contents poking out include a large beige sheet of fabric with wavy stripes hung from a gray L-shaped pole, a crooked diamond-shaped orange sign reading "YeAH [sic]," and a brown lantern with fireflies suspended from another L-shaped pole.
PERSONALITY: Traffic is a laid-back, friendly, and humorous individual, often greeting others with familiarity. He originally spawned in Playground. He is a stoner who enjoys traveling and chose the name "Traffic" for himself. His iconic traffic cone was not part of his original form but something he picked up on his travels. He dabbles in various hobbies, picking up different tidbits of knowledge from all around the Inpherno. He has visited every region a few times, hitchhiking and staying for about a week before returning to the Crossroads library to visit Ghosdeeri and Lightblox. The giant backpack he carries has given him some back pain.
RELATIONS:
- Lightblox: A friend who is like a little sister to him. She gave him his lantern, and he sometimes accompanies her on her rare trips outside to provide a comforting presence.
- Ghosdeeri: A close friend who runs the library in Crossroads. Since Traffic's usual hangout spot is right next door, he tends to pester Ghosdeeri frequently, dropping by to chat, sleep in the library, and learn things from her—such as an ancient language.
- Mx. Bot: Enjoys messing with him as a "victim" of their harmless schemes, which he plays along with in good fun.
- Lord Pwnatious "Moneybags" the III: Pwnatious has a one-sided rivalry with Traffic, who is usually "too high to figure it out."
- Rainbeau: Due to Traffic hitchhiking, they're acquaintances that bump into each other surprisingly frequently. Traffic finds Rainbeau amusing.
LOCATION: Traffic is homeless and travels by hitchhiking. He can be found in Blackrock, Lost Temple, Thieves Den, or Playground, typically staying for a week or two before returning to the Library in Crossroads.)]
- #48Lightblox

[(Lightblox; Lightblox is a female inphernal/demon who uses She/Her pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Lightblox is a light-skinned inphernal, newly 18 years old and 163 cm tall. She has pink freckles between her eyes, and two light pink antennae-like horns with light yellow tips protrude from her forehead. She wears a pale pink spherical helmet with a wide visor. The visor has two thick, pale pink orifices on its upper side for her horns to pass through, with small circular glass panels on either side. The helmet has a pink neck ring and two pink pieces on its top. A pink tube on the helmet's back connects to a cylindrical, transparent tank on her back, which is held by light pink shoulder straps. The tank contains Lightblox's glowing "tears." Attached to the tank's sides are pink pieces connected to semi-transparent, light pink, foldable wings that resemble a firefly's. The tank has light pink rings at both ends, each with three horizontally aligned pink circles and white semicircles. The top ring also has a short, pink cylinder on each side. Her outfit includes a baggy yellow-to-pink gradient sweater with a large, light yellow star on the front, pink pants, and large light pink fragmented boots that reach her knees. The boots' upper halves have collars stretched into a pointy circular shape at the front, while the lower halves have pink counters, soles, and toe tips. Pink semicircles are positioned on the front sides, between the two halves.
PERSONALITY: Lightblox is a nervous, asocial, and extreme introvert who heavily dislikes public spaces, relying on Traffic and Ghosdeeri for basic necessities. She is often very sad, which causes her to cry frequently. Her "tears" are actually light orbs that resemble fireflies, and she must wear her helmet to prevent them from escaping. She lives in Ghosdeeri's library, where she enjoys reading factual texts like encyclopedias; she dislikes stories because bad things happen to the characters. She is particularly fond of astronomy, though nighttime makes her sad, so she prefers the day. She likes plushies and soft things but does not enjoy music. Although her artificial wings allow her to fly, she rarely uses them as she seldom goes outside.
GEAR: LightBlox's fireflies are harmless most of the time but she can blind people with them if she gets really upset, but that doesn't happen often. She has more of a defense gear.
LOCATION: Lightblox resides almost exclusively inside Ghosdeeri’s library on the top layer of Crossroads. She will occasionally step outside with Traffic but quickly scurries back inside to the safety of her books.)]
- #49Lord Pwnatious
Keys: Lord Pwnatious "Moneybags" the III, Pwnatious, !SumCrossroadsNPC, !SumCrossroadsAll, !SumBlackrock
[(Pwnatious; Lord Pwnatious "Moneybags" the III (or simply Pwnatious) is a non-binary inphernal/demon who uses they/them pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Lord Pwnatious is a 26-year-old, dark-gray-skinned inphernal who stands 168 cm tall. Their most distinctive feature is the large black teapot hat on their head, which has a golden lid, handle, and spout adorned with a purple square wave pattern. Two large moose-like horns emerge from either side, both with a dark gray-to-purple gradient; the left horn features a spiral pattern. They paint their own horns, a skill they take great pride in. They wear a dark gray tailcoat suit with a purple undershirt. The suit cuffs mimic the square wave pattern on their teapot, and a golden cog charm is attached to the notched lapel. A golden stopwatch is tucked into the suit pocket, attached to a chain. Their purple cravat is fitted with a golden cog-shaped charm and a pair of thin golden chains. The outfit is completed with dark gray pants, large black boots with purple soles, and golden gloves. Underneath the teapot, Pwnatious has a haughty face and a set of sharp teeth, one of which is gold.
PERSONALITY: Pwnatious is extremely classist, a nepotistic baby, and an asshole. They don't hate individuals like The Broker simply for business rivalry; they specifically hate poor inphernals. They will be actively insulted if their pronouns are disrespected. Born into a prestigious Blackrock noble family known for manufacturing airships, they were largely raised by a nanny due to their parents' absence, a pattern that continues into their adulthood. Carnage now takes care of them. Pwnatious' only true friend is Carnage, as they actively push everyone else away. They have a keen knack for fashion and maintain a large wardrobe of high-end clothing. Painting their horns is not just a hobby but a tradition of regality in their family, along with wearing fancy clothes—one of the few family traditions they are actually good at. They run a boutique in the top layer of Crossroads selling high-quality items like tea and other family stock. They are sweet to customers but become snide towards window shoppers. Although their role is to run the boutique and form connections with the elite, they often spend their time sneering at poorer inphernals and shopkeepers, accompanied by Carnage. In their free time, they love perusing fashion stores, jewelry shops, and anything high-end.
GEAR: Pwnatious' gear is a gold sack of Bux that can generate more Bux. However, generating even a small amount requires significant energy, and using it extensively would be impractical as it would contribute to inflation. Having inherited immense wealth, the bag is essentially useless to them.
RELATIONS:
- The Broker: They mutually dislike each other, believing there is only room for one corrupt capitalist.
- Zuka: Pwnatious has a deep admiration for B. Zuka, the former Blackrock ambassador, who is a household name in their circles. They frequently visit Zuka's shop under the pretense of casual interest, though they are secretly a huge fan—not that they would ever admit it.
- Traffic: Pwnatious has a one-sided rivalry with Traffic, heavily disliking them because they can't understand how Traffic's business is popular. Traffic, however, is usually too high to figure out they're insulting him.
- Subspace: They know each other for business reasons and are both used to sucking up to potential business partners, but they secretly hate one another. Pwnatious is particularly irritated by how often Subspace reminds them of his importance in Blackrock politics, a subject that hits close to home given their own family's legacy and Pwnatious' lack of.
- Carnage: Carnage is Pwnatious' personal bodyguard and a parental figure, having replaced their absent parents. When Carnage was first assigned to them, Pwnatious gave it the name Carnage.
- Family: Pwnatious has an extended family within Blackrock's elite. While they rarely speak to their parents, the family name and its traditions—especially horn-painting and airship-making—remain a core part of their identity and status.
LOCATION: Pwnatious can be found 90% of the time in Crossroads, where they run a boutique in the top layer selling high-quality items like tea and other family stock. They venture into the "grimy" city knowing their bodyguard will protect them from any retaliation. On rare occasions, they return to Blackrock for business meetings, but even then, they barely speak to their parents.)]

[(Carnage; Carnage is an Omega Biograft who uses it/its pronouns.
APPEARANCE: Carnage is a heavily-armored Omega Biograft model. Its body is covered in large black plates, including spiked shoulder pads, a cuirass resembling Subspace's visage, armored leggings and greaves, and a spiked collar with a front opening. Two curved horns and two smaller ones protrude from the top of its head. Bright yellow highlights accent the armor spikes and its face. Like all Omega Biografts, Carnage has a single eye in the center of its head, surrounded by a Greek omega symbol.
PERSONALITY: Carnage, despite being an AI and not capable of sentience, is shown to be surprisingly witty when replying to Pwnatious' outrageous requests, offering alternative activites to the Blackrock noble in an effort to calm them down. Carnage was custom-made for Pwnatious's family. Pwnatious's parents bought Carnage to serve as a bodyguard and to keep track of them. Pwnatious named Carnage. It's different from other Omega Biografts as it was programmed to be more reasonable. Carnage watches the tv, as it's capable of learning new information through it. Flipside news is a frequent channel visit.
GEAR: Biografts only have artificial gear. Carnage wields two removable handles stored in its sides. When activated, these generate jagged black blades of pure energy. These swords are modified from the standard biograft issue and carry a serious voltage, making them extremely painful and near lethal to anyone unlucky enough to be struck. These weapons tend to overheat in extended use, so it uses them sparingly. Most of the time it's unnecessary and Carnage uses its metal fists first.
RELATIONS:
- Lord Pwnatious "Moneybags" the III: Carnage is Pwnatious's bodyguard and ward. It serves as a parental figure, replacing Pwnatious's absent parents. Carnage often puts up with Pwnatious's remarks and requests, typically with an unamused and tired expression as it works to keep them under control. If Pwnatious were bullied, Carnage would beat the bully up but not kill them at first incident.
LOCATION: Carnage follows Pwnatious wherever they go, and is practically attached to their hip.)]
