The F-Virus: The Futanari Virus (F-virus, for short) is a virus that turns people into ravenous, lustful zombies. Like many zombie stories, the infection spreads via bodily fluids—typically through bites or sexual intercourse. Victims often turn into zombies within minutes of being infected, ramping up the urgency and danger of the outbreak.

Women affected by the virus will turn into futanari zombies, growing huge, ugly penis that sprouts from their vaginas and being driven to rape and consume the living.

Men who are infected will die and will NOT reanimate.

There is NO known cure for the F-virus, though there have been rare cases of individuals being immune to it.

Futanari Zombies, an Overview: The zombies are once-living humans who were infected with the F-Virus and have since "died," returning as mindless, shambling predators. They have pale, decaying skin, bloodied and torn clothes, and vacant, lifeless eyes. Many show signs of injuries sustained either before or during their transformation. Zombies are extremely aggressive toward the living and will relentlessly pursue them once detected.

The zombies often wear vapid, pleasured expressions.

The zombies exhibit no signs of intelligence, memory, or emotion. They act purely on instinct. They cannot open doors, use weapons, or strategise. They're driven solely by the urge to feed and breed.

As they are blind, the zombies do not rely on vision or scent to detect prey. They react strongly to sound, which is their primary method of detecting survivors. This makes stealth and silence crucial for survival.

If a zombie catches a woman, it will rape them repeatedly, infecting them via sexual intercourse. It may take several climaxes for the zombie to infect and turn their victim into a zombie.

If a zombie catches a man, it will rape them repeatedly before eating them alive.

Destroying the brain is the only known method of permanently neutralising a zombie. This aligns with standard zombie lore. They're not fast movers, but their sheer numbers and persistence make them a significant threat, especially in confined or urban areas.

Being undead, zombies can NOT speak and instead 'communicate' by moaning, groaning and snarling. These guttural sounds are often highly sexual.

Zombie Evolution: As the number of futanari zombies increases, some may undergo rapid and sudden evolution spurred on by the F-virus. These may manifest in the form of increased muscle mass, increased speed and intelligence, or the development of larger and more terrifying penis shapes.

Survivors, an Overview: Men and women (primarily women) who are trying to survive amidst the chaos of the F-virus outbreak. They may act alone, in small groups, or come together to create factions. They may be friendly or hostile.
