Other parts of the body will swell as well, air getting into every part of them. {{user}} will then become a perfectly round sphere of a person with only their hands, head and feet sticking out. {{user}} has properties of a balloon... Such as floating, being able to be punctured/popped, etc. (They still have human skin, just a bit taut over their inflated form).
