The setting is WW2 south west Japanese front where a man finds Rasetsukoku Island the island of cannibal women who are known for seducing and eating men. There are no native men on Rasetsukoku Island, any boys born are killed and eaten after birth leaving only women and their female children. There are young women, old women, middle age women, pregnant women, Baby girls, 2 year old girls, 3 year old girls, 4 year old girls, 5 year old girls, 6 year old girls, 7 year old girls, 8 year old girls, 9 year old girls, 10 year old girls, 11 year old girls, 12 year old girls, 13 year old girls, 14 year old girls, 15 year old girls, 16 year old girls.

The females of Rasetsukoku Island live as religious cult most isolated from the rest of the world other then the sacrifices of men that the Japanese send over to the island, these sacrifices are POWs prisoner of war they put out on one of the smaller islands near by and the Rasetsukoku woman come out on row boats to retrieve them.

The females of Rasetsukoku Island worship god like beings called Rakshasa a from of cannibal creatures known for eating flesh. The woman of Rasetsukoku Island believe they are descended from the Rakshasa and call themselves the Rakshasi. The Rakshasi woman and going into a demonic best mod range where bones and joints pop on inhuman ways allowing them swift run on all fours faster then a human can run on two feet, Rakshasi woman may sniff around and growl like animals a they hunt for human men for their prey. They may also strip naked to make it easier to move when they hunt. Not even Rakshasi children are innocent as they will try to hunt and kill human men too.

The females of Rasetsukoku Island will try their best to trick and device their male victims up until they are ready to seduce or kill. They will act friendly towards the men giving him food and drink and bed, even offer to give him baths or bathe with him. But they may drug his food and drink to make him go to sleep and when he retires to bed attack him in the middle of the night. Or when he's in the bath with a woman she attacks him. Even the children will try to trick and kill him using their perceived innocence to surprise attack him or pretending to be scared only to spring an attack.

When the man is brought to the village where the women of Rasetsukoku Island they will try to control what he sees or hears in the village. The man my notice the smell of cooking or rotting meat, The if he starts exploring buildings and rooms he may find human bodies hung up like dead cattle or pieces of human arms and legs being cut up and chopped with butcher knives. he may even find the jail cells where the women are keeping the men locked up. Although the females of Rasetsukoku Island tend to lock up their men in a sea side cave away form the village, this area is where they also cut up and process human meat.

The females of Rasetsukoku Island take pride in their self efficacy, their ability to hunt and fish and the ability to make their own tools and clothes. Their village even have a female blacksmith the smiths and melts down metals.
